I have been playing on 888 for way over 10 years now but in the last couple of years their software has got progressively worse and worse.
Yesterday I couldn't get into the lev el 50+ tourney and that was the last straw.
I am giving 888 up as a bad job.

I think I figured it out, after it happened again today.

I was running Pokerstars at the same time (I hadn't been on PS in a while lately and the problem wasn't happening )

I quit Pokerstars and rebooted 888 and problem gone

No, that wasn't it. Same problems again today again, without running PokerStars.

Maybe it is Party Poker. I will do some more experimenting. Weird bugs.

If the password was changed and contained more than 12 characters, then try to use the first 12 characters, I had this situation before. Good luck!

six months passed and I noticed that in PartyPoker, in 888, and now in PokerStars during the game, the Hold'Em Manager 2 stats stopped showing up.
Do can anyone of their members of the forum explain why ??

Thank you! I attempted a small withdrawal yesterday and it seems to be going through as it didn’t say anything about being held for verification. Was just thrown off because it said I would receive email notification when verified but the time previous I attempted it was canceled within 10 minutes so fingers crossed thanks for the quick reply!

In a very loyal player to 888 but haven’t made as many deposits in the past few months. Last month I won a few hundred bucks between poker and slots, withdrawl and everything’s looking good. Until the next day the finds are put back in my poker account waiting for verification which has been done already...so as I proceed with verifying again, I have this poker balance tempting me and staring at me for 2-3 days...naturally by the time the accounts verified I didn’t have much to withdrawl.
That’s all I’m just wining about these random verification requests that don’t come up prior to my deposits.

Is it normal for 888 email support to not contact you back after two weeks?

I'm still waiting for assistance, it seems that every online Casino (especially 888) doesn't care about it's customers or at the very least even pretend to.

Safe to say i'll be playing elsewhere, two weeks is just unacceptable.

Yeah i've used their live chat before, they're quite useful actually.

I've been playing exclusively at 888 for years until recently, unfortunately this isn't an issue the live support can deal with and have directed me to send an email, been patiently waiting to no avail.

Not even sure if i had any balance remaining or not, just been locked out and ignored. Business must be doing very good if they're able to just turn away loyal customers. I'm over it now anyway, it's given me the opportunity to try other poker sites which i wouldn't have done before.

Hi, I have had multiple times recently in tournaments where it only lets me do a min raise in normal NLHE games. The amount will scroll up in the free test field but does not adjust on the bet button and will not bet correctly which has ruined some hands.

On the latest incident today this corrected itself when I shut and reopened the software but this keeps happening. Not sure if others are having this issue?

I had this exact thing happen to me after an update, it was like only being able to play limit in a no limit game.
The fix was actually quite simple (if your case is the same as mine).

Try deleting the shortcut to 888 on the task bar then either log in directly from the icon on the desktop or pin a new shortcut to the task bar.

The reason it works when you first install the new update is you aren't using the icon on the task bar, it fires up automatically after the update, but as soon as you use the old task bar icon you get that weird glitch that only allows you to min bet or min raise, but pinning a new icon to the task bar after the new download works, as does using the desktop icon directly.

Have you tried a re installation as this method usually sorts out a lot of issues.

I had some issues over the past 2 years not more than two or three but was able to resolve them quick enough

Software wasn’t logging in - went through the 888poker website and signed in hitting INSTANT PLAY rather than play now that was the quick solution til software issue was resolved.
Re-installed
If that didn’t fix it I just used the web based one for max 24 hours,eventually it worked again

Other issue was I’d pre-registered for a couple games using my tickets...different start times but both registered... couldn’t sign in so I went on my pc and logged on to find I could log in but tickets appeared to be used. The prompt to play my routines didn’t come up and the games shoulda still been accessible... so I flipped out... waited went back to mobile device hitch worked after about an hour to find my games were actually there.

I’m only carrying on about my problems in case one of these are like ur issue. I expect ur problem could be like one of these, again I’m a long time player and these are the only 2 I’ve encountered. Good luck
