You can't just open a new Account nope. Otherwise everyone who has some stuff pending would do that.
I agree, but Skrill isn't providing my payment receipts; what solution does 888poker propose then? I’ve already submitted documents, photos of the games I played with CardsChat on 888poker along with my username from this forum, as well as old withdrawal receipts and the documents I used to register initially—what do you suggest?

How much money is it? If its a small amount, I might just write it off as a loss and find another site to play on. You can also try to reach out in the support thread on the 2+2 poker forum. The 888 rep there seem to be a bit more helpful than the one here.

I won a tournament ticket on 888poker, but it was never credited to my account.

I contacted customer support by email and waited several weeks without receiving any response. I eventually reached out via live chat, where the agent sent a follow-up to the relevant department. Another week has passed since then, and I still haven’t received a single update.

It’s now been almost a month, and my issue remains unresolved.

Honestly, the value of the ticket is not even the main problem anymore. What frustrates me most is the complete lack of communication and the fact that I have to keep chasing support just to get a response about something that should be relatively straightforward to investigate.

I understand that technical issues can happen and that investigations may take time. However, leaving a customer waiting for almost a month without a meaningful response is simply unacceptable, especially when the issue has already been escalated internally.

Has anyone else experienced similar problems with 888poker support? If so, how did you manage to get your issue resolved? Is there a way to escalate a complaint further and get an actual response from someone who can take responsibility for the case?

I have generally had a positive impression of 888poker, which makes this experience even more disappointing. At this point, I would appreciate some advice on what steps I should take next.

I am indeed more helpful because members actually leave thier poker user name on that mentioned forum unlike this one.

They asked me for proof of deposit through Skrill and it turns out that now I have a problem with Skrill, since it is the means by which I deposited, they do not give me the receipts since my Skrill account is blocked or does not work, so what solution do they give me? Nick:Timba_raza id 817925191

He did that the first time, he reported his problem here more than a month ago. Marked it with bold for you above.

Start by posting your 888 poker username here, because otherwise the rep can not help you.

@888Rep

His username on 888 is the same as here: Pokersztar.

Im a bit confuse...How are you :Timba_raza on 888 but also play under Poisongoat91?

Are you playing from different server or multiaccounting?

No, 888poker tells me I don't have an account there. They’ve now opened another room called Mr. Green; you can create an account there, and it doesn't count as having multiple accounts because you can't play on Mr. Green if you're on 888poker. And as far as I know, it's legal. 888poker claims the account isn't mine. So this is my new account, friend, but I don't think the issue is whether I have an account or not—it's that they have a personal issue with me.

Mr Green and 888poker are sister brands belonging to the same multinational corporate group, evoke plc (formerly known as 888 Holdings plc). They are not rival platforms but rather products that share the same parent company.
The timeline of how they became linked is summarized as follows:
• Independent founding: Both originated separately. 888poker was originally created in 1997, while Mr Green was founded in Sweden in 2007.
• Acquisition by William Hill: In 2019, the long-established British bookmaker William Hill acquired Mr Green.
• Merger with 888: In July 2022, the group—then known as 888 Holdings—acquired William Hill's international business (which automatically included Mr Green).
• Corporate name change: In May 2024, to unify all its brands under a corporate identity not solely reliant on the number "888," the group officially changed its name to evoke plc.

There are two types of envy: not wanting the other person to have more than you, and wanting them to have nothing and be unable to get ahead... If I were you, I’d work on that.

I highly doubt those 888 cardschat freerolls are visible on the Mr Green skin. So you most likely created a new 888 account which is not allowed. Especially when there are still documents pending that u are unable to deliver.

First, 888poker denies that I have an account; second, it’s not multi-accounting, because the rules state that if you play on 888poker, you can't play on Mr Green at the same time; third, the CardsChat tournaments are visible there; fourth, I did it because it’s legal—if it weren't legal, I wouldn't do it. 5 I’ve never seen anyone so focused on my life—not even myself.

You should only play in CardsChat tournaments with one name, and that name needs to be in your profile. You should not switch playing between accounts. Use only one of them, for every tournament. Thank you.

Just for a bit of clarification here. The Timba_raza account can not be found on sharkscope, so it could seem like, this account does in fact not even exist. But it could also be because, the account has opted out of Sharkscope or never played any tournaments. The Poisongoat91 account can be found on Sharkscope. It had its first activity only two days ago but has already played 33 tournaments.

So it seems like, Poison91 is participating in CC tournaments with the Poisongoat91 account from now on, and then its up to the 888 Poker operations team to sort out, whatever is up with that Timba_raza account. Its new to me, that 888 Poker now operate after a skin model and allow people to have multible accounts on multible skins, as long as they only use one at a time. But there are other sites, that operate like this, for instance the Winning Poker Network.

Yes, he's already clarified with me. 🙂 And yeah, lots of sites operate like that - in fact, almost all that we've ever worked with. Even GGPoker and WPTG - didn't know this about 888, but it's not surprising, really.

Ok - let's let this thread get back to support issues again (sorry for derail @888Rep 🙂 ).
