What you all think of the new mobile update?
I am glad them throwables are gone

On the down side I did prefer playing with the phone side ways.
Maybe I'll get used to it

I preferred the landscape orientation by far, and am disappointed by that most.

Also I noticed when I went to pre-fold a hand, it suddenly was my turn and I ended up calling, because the fold button is suddenly the call button when it is your turn.

This is just bad implementation with little thought put into actual play-ability vs having fancier graphics and animation.

Now it seems to lag more because of the graphics, leaving less time for deciding , and I really hate the constant beeping the whole time it is your turn, instead of the later warning beeps.

yeah the constant beeping is really awfull. give us an option to choose what sounds we want. it would be also nice to turn off avatars.

other than that the App is great.

Regarding the no late registration on the mobile app – We are not aware of such a problem, and it seems to be working fine for us.
Can you ask the player to send a screenshot?

It happened only once, sunday or Monday a.m. , today it seemed fine. Strange.

1) Why did they remove SNG 36 max, SNG 10 ¢, and why can't the won tickets in Step satellites play in SNG?
2) Why doesn't the 888poker.com website open on https://corporate.888.com/888-business-units/888poker and www.888.com. He doesn't even respond.
3) Why are there so many errors in new clients, in mobile and in computers?
You don't need to send me to support. It's useless.

The new software is pretty working on Windows and IOS,

but the "Free Spin" doesn`t work anymore - will it be "rebuild"?

Have you tried changing display settongs.......Right click empty screen and click on display to find it.

I was playing 0.40$ SNG 10 max turbo STT on desktop just now, and switched over to the mobile version on my phone (to go throw a pizza in the oven) , only to realize I can't play it on the mobile app, losing blinds. That's pretty cheesy in my book. Why aren't all the games playable on the mobile ?

I just wrote you a letter about the inability to register with the available tickets. Screenshots are attached in the letter.
He also indicated his Support ID and the version of the client on the computer.
