lobby dates

There is a problem with dates, a lot of tourneys are showing as not starting till 2106. and yes i do have a ticket, used it to get to this page
+ tourney resumes in X days when its 5 mins - and that cost me a pot.
note a restart does not resolve this

Hello 888 reps.

Just want to comment on your new lobby. Not being able to reduce the size is not a good thing. It takes up 1/2 my screen! Pls remember we have several tables open so we have to sitout to be able to find 888 games etc in lobby before minimizing it to get on with our games. In my mind it is a detrement not an improvement. I have other lobby comments but will post again later after using a bit longer.

Can you please give me more details and game ID's?

Another problem I have found (with the Windows desktop version obviously, since you cannot access these freerolls from the phone app) is that the daily freeroll's and some other 888 freeroll's registration start times are incorrect in their respective lobbies. They list the game start time as registration start time.

Sorry, I went back and looked again, I found a filter was unchecked for "Winter XL" . I checked it and suddenly free rolls are back. Cool.

The lobby times are a bug which we are working on at the moment fyi.

888 poker app not working

Hi,

I've downloaded the new 888poker app and it looks great, but I've been unable to play this evening, because it looks like registrations aren't being accepted for Sit 'n' Go games. You can register, but no names appear on the list, and the game never starts. I've tried re-installing the new update, but that hasn't helped.

What is going on?

I appreciate you guys are trying to improve, and I guess there are growing pains that go with that.

Another comment I'd like to make is I'd appreciate also if you would implement the option to have chips measured in BB like Pokerstars and partypoker have done, for everything other than cash games.

All in all I love 888 over the other 2. I have bankrolls sitting on them both and hardly ever play there anymore.

The latest version does exactly that.
Bring up the lobby of any game.
Click on the "Players" tab.
At the bottom of the page is a button that slides from left to right allowing you to see the players' chips in either cash or big blinds.

I want to also give you credit for the new micro stakes blast, going to a 4 minute timer (double what it was) and 500 chip stack (1/3 what it was) makes it much better.

Now it is less of a bingo shot and more of a quick poker fix, and makes a lot more sense odds wise.

Their new update is horrible, before 888poker was better, I don't know what they are thinking, they are going backwards.

Can you guys give some constructive feedback about the updates.
Have you even given it a chance by exploring the site and playing on it for a week at least.
A lot of players like it after playing for a few days.

Ive a question...
Since the update of the new client... some tournaments registration starts same time that the tournament... therefore due to there is no players the tournament cancel automatically... it has happened with the level up 250 tournaments.... and now I encounter this tournament
"Sunday Mega Deep Celebration" as starts same time that the registration...

so... what is going on?... is this going to get fixed before it starts?
