I'm your customer for couple years.I already send my documents long time ago and my account was verified.I also make a deposit and withdraw many times from your site.
Yesterday i try to make a small withdraw and its say that i need to upload my documents!
I upload again my documents but i do not understand way do i need to do something that i already did!
Its already not pleasant to wait couple day when we make a withdraw request when on other site its only couple minutes but if we also need to upload documents every time when we want to withdraw some money...
I must say that i like to play on your site but lately you also don't have the live chat on the cashier!
Even for make a deposit its not the same anymore,no one to propose you any kind of bonus when u deposit, which it was the case before whit the live chat...
Its maybe not important for you but believe me for your customers its very important to have someone to talk with him.

I recently won a $10 free sports bet on the scratch card. I logged in to the sports section and it does indeed show I have a $10 free bet there, but I'll be damned if I can find a way to use it.
When I click it it says I have no selections in the betslip, so I go make a selection and then I can't find a way to use the free bet.
I also won a $3 bet on the daily blast spin recently and had no trouble making that bet, it was pretty straight forward, but this $10 bet seems to be giving me difficulties (username on 888 is orsino12).

It was solve in 24h.I must say that beside this little incident and the live chat that i hope that it will be back soon on the cashier. For me 888 is the room who give the must in return to there players.I would always recommended 888 🙂
Disregard the above query. I figured it out after a good nights sleep, I didn't know there was a difference between a free bet and a "LIVE" free bet. Once I found the Live section the option to use the free bet came up with my selection.

I'm noting a small discrepancy in my balance on my 888 account. It's only $1, but every penny counts.
My balance was $68.58, I played 3 10 cent BLAST games which I finished out of the money on and then played a $1 BLAST game which had a $5 prize which I finished 1st for $3.50, but my account only shows $69.78.
My balance was $68.58 minus $1.30 in entries coming to $67.28 then adding $3.50 in winnings it should be $70.78.
I checked my game history to make sure I didn't accidentally register for another $1 game, but it shows I only played the 1 today.
My 888 name is orsino12.
