Hi 888Rep
I live in Australia and was playing 888poker until the laws were changed. My question is i will be going to the US for a holiday, can i play through my account when im in the US ?.
I did read on another forum that some Australians were still playing 888poker after the 16/1/2017 and 1 theory was this might be because they are on holiday or have moved countries and can use their account.
Any help with this would be greatly appreciated

I just tried to first-time-deposit on 888Poker using the CC1000 promo code as advertised here. The code doesn't work. I contacted 888 support and was helped very quickly. Be all advised that you need to use one of 888Poker's own codes to get any bonus at all, because the payment will go through anyway and leave you with no bonus at all.

This week’s $88 buy-in, $40K GTD GREAT 8 tournament drew 408 players who rebought 138 times to create a $43,680 prize pool. That was paid out to the top 56 spots including to “ImASpaceman” (26th for $292.65), XL Inferno champ “V.BlomFan60” (15th for $563.47), “KURDEdersim” (13th for $563.47), “Imyurfriend” (7th for $1,092), and Raphael “iBustYa888” Wimmer (4th for $3,276).
After 888poker Ambassador Sofia “sofialovgren” Lövgren bowed out in third place for $4,586.40, it set up a heads-up match between Ukraine’s “Palyaaa” and the UK’s Craig “craigbor18” Borrer. After 9 hours and 41 minutes, the latter prevailed to capture an $8,299.20 first-place prize.
It was a bit of redemption for Borrer, who back in October finished second in the $20,000 GREAT 8. It was also that month he topped a field of 361 players to win the $10,000 Thursday Swordfish for $1,919, and six days later bested 249 players to win the $10,000 Monsoon for an additional $2,546.
Mark “PennyHrdaway” Darner Comes Out on Top of Sunday Mega Deep
The $215 buy-in, $100K GTD Sunday Mega Deep attracted 404 players who rebought 126 times. That created a $106K prize pool that was paid out to the top 56 spots including to “Garlic888” (53rdfor $424), 888poker Ambassador Martin “MJacobson888” Jacobson (26th for $710.20), “1LevelAbove” (17th for $1,028.20), “Madeon1994” (7th for $2,650), and “KelevraJesus” (3rd for $11,130).
After 10 hours and 8 minutes, American Mark “PennyHrdaway” Darner, who was playing out of Mexico, defeated the UK’s “Ajm901” to win the title and $20,140 top prize.
At the start of 2017 – literally the first day of the year – Darner won the $50,000 Sunday Challenge for $11,698. More recently, he placed eighth in the XL Eclipse Event #100: $250,000 Whale for $9,060 back in September.
In the live realm, Darner has almost $1 million in lifetime earnings, all without a live victory.
Sweden’s “gnassil” Hits a Whale of a Score
The biggest buy-in tournament of the weekend was Sunday’s $1,050 Whale, which featured a $120,000 prize pool. Among the 67 players, who rebought 47 times, to compete but fall short of making the money at the final table were Roman “Romeopro33” Romanovsky, 2014 WSOP champ Martin “MJacobson888” Jacobson, and Fabrizio “DrMiKee” Gonzalez, just to name a few.
Some of those to cash included Niklas “tutten7” Åstedt (9th for $4,200), “wellyxx” (5th for $9,000), “EvnoiYa” (4th for $12,000), and Rodrigo “sonmonedass” Perez (3rd for $18,000). After 8 hours and 29 minutes in the tournament, Mexico’s “NOMAMESGUEY” fell to Sweden’s “gnassil,” who captured a juicy $36,000 first-place prize.
Last July, “gnassil” won the $5,000 Thunder 6-Max for a much more modest $1,730. More recently, he finished seventh in last month’s XL Blizzard Event #1: $80,000 Opening Event for $3,075.
Brazil’s Caio “CVriserio” Risério Weathers the Monsoon
The $55buy-in, $15,000 GTD Sunday Monsoon surpassed it guarantee by drawing 262 players who rebought 67 times, which created a $16,450 prize pool. Among those to finish in the money in the top 36 were XL Blizzard stud “Ao1ing” (33rd for $123.37), “MrNorberto” (19th for $139.82), “popsnpoker” (9th for $312.55), “cuadrado12” (5th for $954.10), and “NZhero007” (4th for $1,398.25).
After Malta’s Luigi “firgli” Knoppers was bounced in third place for $1,858.85, the UK’s “DoobieFish” and Brazil’s Caio “CVriserio” Risério battled it out in heads-up play. Ten minutes shy of seven hours in the tournament, the Brazilian came out on top to take down $3,364.02.
Earlier this month, Risério took second in the $5,000 Swordfish for $900, and in December finished runner-up in the $5,000 Starfish for $775. His last documented win before Sunday was the November 28 $10,000 Deepstack Swordfish for just shy of $1,900.
Sunday Challenge Ends in Russian Chops
The $109 buy-in Sunday Challenge, which offered up a $50,000 prize pool, saw 367 players take to the virtual felt and rebuy 127 times. The top 48 got paid including the likes of “PokerFactor” (24th for $485), Aleksei “LeshiyAS” Smirnov (14th for $675), “DoobieFish” (11th for $875), “xcrash154” (7th for $1,375), and “ForzaMilan00” (3rd for $5,375).
After 8 hours and 50 minutes in the tournament, the title came down to two Russians, and they decided to make a deal. In the end, “josef_shvejk,” who in 2016 won the $500,000 GTD Mega Deep 5th Anniversary Edition for $95K, finished in second place for $7,387.40 while “hateVAMOS” took the title and a $9,362.60 prize.
It was the second win for “hateVAMOS” in just over a month after he won the January 13 $5,000 Swordfish for $1,153. Back in November, he finished second in the $40,000 Sunday GREAT 8 for $8,131.

previous 5 years i played on PS w login name chess1000 and playing there nowadays w no problems
All my poker career i mostly played sng hu turbo 7-15-30 limites at pokerstars AND mtt LOW limites (and opened an account in 2015 at 888poker after PS were killed a husng with SPIN-AND-GO)
i also want you to know that i do not play spin-and-gos and hyperturbo hu sngs at PS because
i blocked this games myself!!! the whole of my poker career i lost money in HYPER turbo games!!!
From 2015 to2018 year i played mtt low limets and hu sng turbo 10limit at 888poker
(and played mtt low limites at pokerstars and 7-15 limite sng turbo the same time and nowadays too)
AT the beginning of 2018 i won 3 low cashes at mtt in 888poker room ( the biggest one 940usd i won with a deal on 3 person!!!! ) and requested a withdrawl 2000usd
on 7th of febuary 2018
this evening i could not login w my password and starting the session because 888poker room blocked my account and they were sending an email where they
asked me about Artificial Intelligence!!!!
That day i sent them an answer !!!!
I am not a bot!!! i played FAIRLY!!!

this evening i could not login w my password and starting the session because 888poker room blocked my account and they were sending an email where they
asked me about Artificial Intelligence!!!!
That day i sent them an answer !!!!
I am not a bot!!! i played FAIRLY!!!
i can play a live session in skype if they wish!!!
i asked them If i am a BOT so why was deal on 3 person my mtt taurnament w 940usd cash?
Why did i play sng turbo hu 10th limets ++++ while hyper turbos in 00000 or even ----
at there site?????
They requested a Natariosly coppies of docs and i sent all the docs!!!!!
Also in 2017 i won a ticket at there freeroll to London 2017 poker festival and i was there and played in London !!!!
I wanna you to know i never used any programmes like flopzila etq i even do not knowhow to use them!!!!! the only i use in my sessions is HM2!!!!!
i improved my skills by watching a twitch chanals and at husng i saw the VODS

888poker blocked an acc w 2336$ pl Help!!!!
Hello!!I opened an acc at 888poker in2015 year log in name centerbase http://pokerprolabs.com/centerbase/888.com
previous 5 years i played on PS w login name chess1000 and playing there nowadays w no problems
All my poker career i mostly played sng hu turbo 7-15-30 limites at pokerstars AND mtt LOW limites (and opened an account in 2015 at 888poker after PS were killed a husng with SPIN-AND-GO)
i also want you to know that i do not play spin-and-gos and hyperturbo hu sngs at PS because
i blocked this games myself!!! the whole of my poker career i lost money in HYPER turbo games!!!
From 2015 to2018 year i played mtt low limets and hu sng turbo 10limit at 888poker
(and played mtt low limites at pokerstars and 7-15 limite sng turbo the same time and nowadays too)
