Hi wlad! It's easier to give the list of currently blocked countries that cannot access the site:

• Italy
• Poland
• Greece
• Slovakia
• Vietnam
• Azerbaijan
• Malaysia
• Colombia

And Russia is blocked at the behest of Russian authorities, so Replay has been forced to comply with that for a couple of years now.

I've been told by Replay staff that they are hoping to have the countries on the list above cleared and playing again in a month's time. So fingers crossed that all goes well, and we'll see them back at the tables soon!

Thanks for this, Tammy! I also want to note that we added three new countries last evening that are having issues accessing our site:
Uruguay
Serbia
Montenegro

Hi Kristine.

When I have pre-registered for a tournament on the site and it is due to start, I get a dialogue box which tells me the event is about to start and there is an option to play now within the box. This I then click. However, before joining together with casino.org the tournament lobby appeared and I would click open table. Job done. Now, however, when I click play I get the image below appearing.

Just to say this is annoying and I am not sure whether it is Replay which has made this happen or casino.org.

Yes, I see the yellow bar progressing on top whenever I click on private leagues, but it does load within a few seconds. Can you please let me know the specific CardsChat league you're trying to access?

Can you please send us any error you're seeing and your internet service provider? Our Tech Team believes this might be related to some ISP and they want to confirm as Kazakhstan is not in the list of blocked countries. Please write to us at [email protected] if you're able to send us details.

On another thing we have a member who created his account, he says 2 years ago. He verified his email but has not played on it for a while. Each time he logs onto the site now, he gets a message to verify his email again. So he follows the link and it tells him a message has been sent to his email, however, it never arrives.

His username at Replay is heguli82, he has sent me a screenshot showing his username, however through the normal process I cannot find him using the magnifying glass at the top of the screen. Of course, if I cannot find him I am unable to add him to any of our leagues.

Do you think you can have a look and advise what needs doing?

My colleague, Sue, assisted them today, and I also sent a follow up email to ask if they still need any assistance as they were able to login yesterday. I will update you here as soon as I hear back from heguli82.

Our Team confirmed that Kazakhstan is now included in the countries that are temporarily blocked from the site due to partnership with casino.org. We will update all the players who are currently blocked as soon as access is restored.

Looks like vpn is the only way to go in the near future if u are from a banned country.

Nicole, Replay's app only ever worked for ring games. Is that what you were playing on it? Otherwise, the rest of the site and tournaments are accessible on a web browser. I'm not sure if they are still using the app - can you advise @ReplayKristine ?

And can you also advise on a timeline for when blocked countries may be able to access again?

I always played tournaments, league specifically on the app. At least I thought I did...lol. Now I can't remember. Hahahaha.

I don't think they ever had tournaments on the app, so it was probably the web browser. Can you post screenshots here of what you are seeing?

She may have created a short cut and thought it was an app. 🤷‍♀️ What's more important is why she can't access it now, so I want to help her get in before League starts.

Exactly why I am confused. I usually open the game on my laptop via web....but when my power goes out I can access it on my phone. Now I cannot remember if I used the app or website on phone. Regardless, I cannot access the app (phone) which ultimately is the problem...I can access the website from my phone.

So since u can access the website from ur phone, I guess the problem is solved? There are no tournaments on the app 😅

I have been trying to access on my mobile using chrome, I have used the app and browser and everything I click on does nothing.

I tried to play a cash game, it said play now and it never opened. I got an important update something like that and wouldn't let me click on yes to say I'm over 18 and also couldn't click on continue it just flashed and kept looping with the important update, then it freezes

Also if I click on to the head, the drop list shows everything but when I click on leagues, there's no leagues

I've used 3 different phones, all using chrome and get the same issues

All phones are also android

I had similar problems with chrome on my phone, downloaded firefox and it worked fine.
