I heavily suspect those kinds of issues come from the device itself the member is using. They probably arise when a site offers their software as 1 web based client for all devices (Pc, Apple, Andoid, iphone). Because of cookies and other technical stuff.Tammy said:

Pretty confident reporting that stuff to replay wont do much. I visited their official forum and a few minutes there were enough to come to that conclusion.
