Disappointed to see that my feedback with the missing warning alert on mobile got ignored.

When I give these kinds of feedbacks my idea is also to provide something to make the site better overall. It's not purely because I have an issue. Missing sound alert when it's turn to act is a HUGE issue. Basically a key feature that is missing.

Sorry I wasn't able to address your post earlier. I was waiting for a feedback from our Tech Team because this has been raised in the past. It's taking longer than usual to hear back, so I just nudged them. At this time, it's not something they will change. I do understand the need for it, specifically when you're playing on mobile, and it's easier to get distracted (that's the case for me at least), that's why I prefer to have a beeping sound not just when I'm outside the browser, but also when I'm in it. I logged this a few days ago as a feature request, and I will continue to do so as we get more demand for it.

Hi @YLAN,

The most recent one we had was due to Google Pubsub, and our Tech Team confirmed that other major websites and platforms got affected as well. For this particular one, the fix that got deployed was from Google's end.

For Private Leagues, you would have to contact the organizer to become a member of that particular league.

ANNNNNNNNNNNNNNND Kristine my love, I know I made a joke about this before, and I am completely fine about it too, BUT I play games every day and I have had my account go back to 500 chips a few times. I know for a fact I played on Tuesday.




I just thought you should know because it is a glitch <3 and remember, this is no problem <3 I have 99 problems but a glitch ain't one lol Have the best day and thank you for all you do

Hi @maronza1,

If your daily bonus chips didn't trigger even if you're logged in, please write to [email protected] so I can look up your account. The system will usually ask users to login again after not being in their account for a couple of days.

I took care of this for you and restored your daily login streak. We’re aware that some players are not receiving the daily bonus chips. Our Tech Team is already working on a fix, and we’re so sorry for the inconvenience.

In the meantime, we recommend that when logging in to Replay, to please click on the Dashboard tab on top of your Replay page to trigger the daily bonus pop up.

If you don’t see the daily bonus pop-up, please refresh the page, and navigate another part of the site and go back to Dashboard. This should trigger your daily bonus pop-up. If you continue to have login reset issue the next day to 500 chips, please write as soon as possible to [email protected] so we can restore your daily login streak.

Just open the table and play. There is nothing to "enable" 😄

If u talk about mobile then u need another browser to play another table. U can use multiwindow on most modern Smartphones. More than 2 basically impossible on mobile.

Replay Poker is amazing. However, I would like the option to customize the bet slider buttons myself, as is done on real money poker sites. For example, I would like to be able to bet 3BB, 5BB, or 9BB pre frop, as well as 33%, 50%, 75%, or full pot post flop, by pressing the corresponding buttons. Unfortunately, this option is not available.

and no Tourney availabe. Tried last week and didn't see too.

I logged in and went to leagues and had no problem seeing the Silver game.
Also I login and logout every time I play, and have no problems receiving my daily bonus chips.
Why would anyone want to stay logged in when they might be away for any length of time? Who knows what problems may occur in this situation.

Hello, what can I do with this error while trying to enter table?



I'm using VPN since site isn't available from Ukraine, at least from my provider.

Hi Kristine - I am Marc, and a moderator at CardsChat.

One of our members has a Replay Username of TILTEDUCK. However, I cannot seem to view his account on Replay and therefore, am unable to add him to any of our leagues on Replay. Normally, Robert may deal with this but he is on holiday and Tammy would also approach him about this, but she is on her holiday too. Please could you try and find out the issue with us being able to view his account and therefore add him to any of our leagues on Replay.
