Party poker not issuing rake back

Last week I accumulated over $200 dollars in rake back which is usually credited to my account 3 hours after the the week ends , on Monday I noticed it hadn’t be updated to my account so contacted the help line and forward all the details needed to deal with the query 36 hrs past the usually deposit into my account still nothing received and have told me to wait another 24hrs and if it hasn’t arrived to contact them again , also I had accumulated a large amount of tickets for there main event which ran over the weekend and was unable to use as I had all the games active usually they credit the tickets back to me in party poker tournament dollars which they have refused point blank to acknowledge now , just wondering has anyone else had issues along these lines with party as in my eyes it isn’t in a good state atm , I have taken all my cash out of the site and only deposit what I’m willing to play that day and immediately withdraw when the day ends ,

They don't do that now, you use them or lose them - if there is a fault at their end that prevents you using them then you have chance of a credit anything else and you'll most likely get "well you had opportunity to use them" .

GL with your rake back, sounds like it is still in the pipeline, hope they sort it for you.

Have to ask do you still get "Party Cases" and does the "Anniversary Wheel" work for you? They don't for me, I'm wondering are Party letting things slide?

For me the righting is on the wall & that’s y I took my funds out of the site I don’t play much on other sites it suited my time scale on being able to play & enjoyed the smaller tournament schedule and all the cases still work for me bar 2 months ago and contacted them & in fairness they sent me 5 tickets in multiple values the scary thing for me is I have over 2000 dollars in tickets left on the site and if I am unable to use them for the specific tournaments then they are basically dead in the water which I can’t see been fair as it took my time and money to accumulate them , & in the past when I wasn’t able to use a specific ticket for a tournament as like that have multiple tickets for the same event it’s basically money down the drain , I have 3 x €250 main event tickets for a months time so if the first ticket goes well then the other $500 dollars of tickets is worthless I don’t see how this is fair but there support team is possible the worst I’ve ever dealt with I hope party try’s to turn things around for the better but in my eyes is not looking good

It seems to me like, there are 2 different issues here? As for the ticket issue, it seems reasonable enough, that tickets for a specific event can not be refunded or changed. But it would be nice, if they warned people by letting a message pop up saying "You already have a ticket to this tournament", if you try to register for another satellite.

If I remember correctly, PokerStars do that, if you try to register for 2 satellites for the same tournament. On Stars they also dont issue tickets but simply enroll you in the target tournament, which mean, you need to play it from the start. It obviously sucks, if you spend money aquiring tickets, you can not use, but at least its easy to avoid repeating this going forward, now that you know about their change in policy.

As for the rakeback its odd, it did not arrive at the usual time. But hopefully this will be solved, and there could many other reasons for this than the company being on the brink of bankruptcy. This could of course happen, but they have been around for 25 years, so I would not be super worried about them closing their business and not being able to return the money belonging to players.

Not keeping large amounts of money sitting on a site is always prudent, but redrawing after the end of each session might be a bit overly paranoid. If I had that little trust in a site, then I would withdraw my funds and not play there at all. Depositing and withdrawing every single session seems like a bit to much hassle to me, and many movements in and out of the cashier could also raise questions from the security team at some point.
