Partypoker Account closure

Hello,I received a letter of happiness with this content:

Hello Vitaliy!
We will contact you about your PartyPoker account "Vnh_GG".
Please note that your PartyPoker account has been closed as a business decision.

This decision is final and not subject to revision.
You are given the opportunity to log into your account and cash out the balance in your account.
Please note that you are no longer allowed to create or use any accounts on our network. If you have created or used another account on the site, it will be closed and the account balance will be confiscated.

I didn’t get any explanation from patypoker, I contacted my poker friends and two of them got such a letter.

Are there any other players on this forum who received the same email?

Patypoker has no reason to close my account, but in August and September they had a wonderful promotion with countless bugs that I used and that brought me good money.

If my account was closed for this reason, I don’t even know for their bugs patypoker closed my account.This is at least unfair.

This really stinks. I'd love to hear the real reason for this kind of action, but obviously you won't get it. They have already distanced themselves and stressed that the matter is final. lol

If he had cheated or committed a serious violation set forth in the signed agreement, the site would not have given him the opportunity to withdraw money. This is just a whim of the site.

Obviously kind of strange. However they are a private business, so they are completely entitled to decide, who they want to have as customers. If they let you withdraw your funds, they are not violating your rights, so nothing you can do other than move on.

There is anything strange in your case, I don't know of anyone else who has been banned like this. You say "I contacted my poker friends and two of them got such a letter.", Maybe they played together on the same network? That could be a reason.

No, they, like me, took advantage of the bug, and earned good money.
We are located in different cities.

On another forum, they prompted me a link and told me to fill out a form. As far as I could understand this is something like a gambling management commission. The attempt is not torture, there is nothing to lose (

Sad to hear this , account closure is always sad news . If for these bugs you took advantage of , was not the fault on your side , I don't know why they took this decision . Also they could have removed this money earned from your balance , let you continue playing and everything would be just fine , wouldn't it ??

I'm not so sure there is any mystery here? Your whitewashing by stating "took advantage of a bug" seems to be a substitute for "in-violation".

Strange really, they again want to step on a rake old? They already get banned plus regulars are not legal! Eventually, they lost more and return that to fix everything!

The bug that I used happened in the Fast 500 promotion. The task of the day could be completed more than once and I played how much strength I had.

Right now, we cannot judge if the account's closure shall be considered as bad reputation for PartyPoker, or... on the contrary - reputation boost.
And how much money you did earn on that bug, exactly?
