I have repeatedly contacted the support of partypoker and partypokerLIVE. My last call was over a week ago and still no response. They are constantly looking for reasons to refuse me. I have $PPL in my account. My conversion is denied. Also, I am not given the opportunity to use this money.

PPL $ must be used for live events - these are not converted for Cash or T$
IF you send the username I will look at the account and perhaps fully understand the issue

I won the satellite to the main event of WPT Barcelona. The series was canceled due to COVID-19. Instead of cash for the buy-in for this event, I was credited with $PPL. Part I spent on the live series in Russia and part on the online series. The last use was possible on January 17, after which no live or online series was announced. Then PartyPoker announced that they were leaving Russia. PartyPoker did not provide an opportunity to spend $PPL, but everywhere they promised that tickets, $T and $PPL would be converted into cash and the opportunity to withdraw this money would be given. In the end, this did not happen. Thus, PartyPoker appropriated my money.

We have no plans I am aware of to relaunch forum specific freerolls, however, the team from Cards chat can of course reach out directly to discuss with the relevant affilaite team should they so wish

Ok thanks. I wanted to give you a compliment. A few months ago i criticized the android App of party poker but by now its very playable. It looks like you guys added custom betting buttons and now i really like it.

Thanks for listening. One more thing would be better sound settings in the desktop software so that i can turn off chip shuffle and card dealing sound. I prefer only a small warning beep when its my turn.

The option was under My Account - if not showing - you can email the customer service teams directly via [email protected] and they can action I believe

What happened to the new CashOut feature on the cash tables? (it was there one day... and then disappeared??)
There was also some sort of promo on my tables... in the upper right corner, click on it and it would say "you've won $5".. or "you've won $10". I have no clue what I did to win that and haven't seen them since.

I almost won a 3200 dollar ticket. And Staples existed in third. I lost by half a level winning a ticket. Partypoker has small fields for new players at nothing stakes.

Playing in Ontario these days sure seems to have its issues, but PP came through for me today.

I need clarification, I'm Brazilian and I win tournament prizes in US Dollars, but the Party app converts to Real (Brazilian currency). So if I won $5 in a tournament, I don't keep the $5, but the balance in reais on the day of the win. So if the dollar appreciates against the real, my dollar balance drops, keeping the balance in reais. I don't think it's correct, because I won the prize in dollars, I should keep the balance in dollars and make the conversion only on the day of the withdrawal. In no other poker room is it like this, they all have a dollar balance. Can you share your views with me?

Hi Colette, I'm wondering when bets on the wsop Main Event will be paid out. I just assumed it would be immediately but it's now been ~10hrs. and still nothing. It was only a couple of small bets (unfortunately) but it made it more exciting to watch the event. I'm surprised more sites weren't running this as well.

I cant advise you without a username to look at the account I would suggest you contact the CS teams via live chat who can review in detail and confirm P$ do have an expiry but are valid for some time so unless the account has been inactive Bear in mind, P$ are used before cash so likely if you have been playing they have been used for game play
