There is a problem. Registered, made a deposit but did not receive a bonus in the form of tickets?

Can you reach out to the customer service team - they will be able to advise

Does anyone know the REAL reason Party Poker does not service the Panama market? I am going to go out on a limb and say they were likely ripped off by a bunch of Panamanian lawyers. That would be my first guess.

Different sites choose to operate or not in different jurisdictions. Go back in history & you'll see a time when Partypoker was the #1 leading site for U.S.A. players. Then in 2006 they left the US market after UIGEA was passed. Pokerstars & Fulltilt (& others.. ie. UltimateBet, AbsolutePoker) chose to continue operating there.

I know there are fewer ladies, but the freeroll should be for man too, or one week woman freeroll, one week man freeroll to be fair.

I'm guessing you don't run a successful business or have any experience (or knowledge) in marketting. You see their main objective isn't to make sure 'you' have a free game to play in... it's to run a profitable business venture. Think about it.:idea:

Let me quote my post which I wrote to you "I just think the fair play rules are very important. If there was only man freeroll, I would write to partypoker too... And probably in that situation everyone say Im right. Be smarter!"
I guarantee you, if partypoker will make man freeroll availible, I wont play it. I just want to be fair, not enough people are fair in our times, unfortunatelly...

Regarding what we do and what a competitor does, I refer you to Black Friday when we removed our services from the US Market for regulatory reasons
We will not offer our services in questionable markets

The majority of our players understand the reason we offer a Ladies freeroll to help encourage more ladies to the games
It has been discussed in details previously, though some may disagree its a valid freeroll for group members and will continue to run- if it helps bring new players to the tables - great

I dont say the freeroll for woman is not good! I just think soft like partypoker wants to be fair for everyone but maybe not... What next?

hope you can help me out here, a couple weeks ago i played n 11.00$ satellite for a 240.00 ticket but in the tourny lobby it didn't say that it was for a live event just a Poker fever main event ticket. I actually won a ticket, if i had known it was for a live event i wouldn't have played it. His there a possibility that Partypoker would give me another ticket of same value for an online tourny?

I want a recompense for playing with cheaters, because it was $22 satellite to $109 tickets and I lost on bubble because them. $109 is very much for me and support doing nothing.

I am afraid live event tickets are not exchangeable as per our T&CS

No, I cant! I want to do that, but this support ignoring my messages! It is fkin ridiculous - I send a Hand ID about that cheaters to support 2 weeks ago and they dont care! Really good way to protect players from cheaters, ignoring them! Probably the worst support in online poker, how can I believe now partypoker is fair soft? Do that support think I dont write about that anymore? No, now I want to write it everywhere - partypoker doing NOTHING to protect us from cheaters (team players)
