I believe 888 is a great option to start, they offer good satellites and good selection of regular tournaments in my opinion. I like in Party poker too

Try PokerStars or ACR. They offer excellent SNG tournaments with small fields and good structures. It’s a great option for getting started, gaining experience and growing your bankroll.

The best online poker sites for beginners are rooms that offer bonuses or feature freerolls, and I think 888Poker is the best one.

If you're completely new, I'd start with GGPoker or PokerStars, but first use freerolls or play-money games to learn the basics. Once you're comfortable, move to the lowest stakes rather than jumping into bigger games.

I suppose, you are talking about the On Demand SnGs? These are indeed good games to get into tournament poker, and also for bankroll building. I will say though, that because you only start with 60BB on ACR and 75BB on PokerStars, and blinds go up every 5 minutes, they are not the best games for learning postflop strategy and especially turn and river play. So I would actually recommend a beginner to start with cash games. Or maybe mix it up and play some of both.

The "chinese Apps" are a dangerous world where the app is only as good as your agent.

For me it seems like half the time they disappear and you dont get paid.

There also seems to be a lot of collusion in the small clubs.

The selection of regular tournaments is small compared to other sites, there are no SnGs, and rake is very high for 2NL and 5NL cash games. In top of this there are also problems with withdrawals, and customer service is poor. The only positives about 888 Poker is good software and a decent amount of freerolls in some markets.

it depends on if you mean ease of use of platform or competition....it i had to start today i think i would start with wptglobal...bearingin mind pokerstarsis probably the best platform and the best competition.

i would also be mindful of platforms that allow huds and id pick on that actively looks to ban bots.

I would recommend ACR Poker for a beginner. It has plenty of low stakes games and freerolls, which are great for gaining experience without risking much money.
