No problem logging on in Sweden, so maybe a regional issue.

Unfortunately, in my opinion, PokerStars has lost a lot of its quality. I kept having disconnection issues during tournaments, even though my internet connection was working perfectly with no instability at all. Whenever I contacted support, they always gave the same response: that everything was normal on their end. After dealing with this over and over again, I decided to stop playing on PokerStars.

There is definitely less disconnections on Pokerstars than any other site, I have tried. For me it also helped a lot to upgrade to a faster internet connection.

A few days ago, I was watching a Brazilian streamer playing on PokerStars, and he was experiencing the exact same disconnect issues. Several people in the chat were also complaining about it. It makes me wonder if the problem could be related to the location . At least for me, PokerStars has been causing a lot of disconnects. I don't believe it's my internet connection, because when I play on other poker sites, everything works perfectly without any interruptions.

That might be. There are likely different servers for different parts of the world.

Try clearing your browser cache - that fixed it for me once. Could also be your ISP blocking it somehow.
