Even so, the difference is huge, for a Sunday where most players are usually at home, PS has been losing ground to GG Poker for a long time.Suns of Beaches said:On GG they count seats in cash games so those numbers are not accurate.

I took the screenshots below a few minutes ago. Is this the end of Pokerstars?😯🤔
What do you think?🙂

The way you defend Pokerstars you must be one of the partners or a poster boy.😁Poker Orifice said:The end? The end of what?
Stars had almost 10,000 entrants in the Sunday Million today & over 14,000 in the Sunday Storm. On the Sunday Million alone, they made almost $100k in rake!
Stars is owned by Flutter Entertainment.
Yes and that GG took over as a market leader is basically old news by now and already discussed in multiple other threads 🥱Gritz18 said:Even so, the difference is huge, for a Sunday where most players are usually at home, PS has been losing ground to GG Poker for a long time.
Another Pokerstars poster boy.🤪😁Suns of Beaches said:Yes and that GG took over as a market leader is basically old news by now and already discussed in multiple other threads 🥱
No, it's not the end of them. The Poster above tried to give u some insights regarding this with player numbers in Sunday majors. Looks like he wasted his time 😀
Why did u even bother to open the software? There are no more freerolls there 😅👋Gritz18 said:Another Pokerstars poster boy.🤪😁

How many do you need before you can put aside your gratitude and start to recognize that some of them are just going the way of the floating burning dumpster?Poker Orifice said:I'm just glad there's another site I can play on. I look at online poker as a privilege... not a given.
Yes, Negreanu is where the money is, and no one can blame him for that. PokerStars has made some stupid changes. As a high stake cash game player, who does not have access to GG, there is rarely action above NL1000 on Stars.Chebchoub said:Daniel has added his popularity to GGPOKER's popularity😄
I think that after the Pokerstars management decided to curb all paid cash freeroll, they then at the same time also curbed the arrival of new users and pushed away a lot of previous users for the same reason.
Yes, 99% of what PokerStars offers in terms of freeroll is hyper satellites, rebuy, and 1000 chips only. I don't see any freeroll that is exciting or encouraging us to play there.Jean-Guy said:Yes, Negreanu is where the money is, and no one can blame him for that. The problem is that simple users are the ones who bring volume and money to the rooms. I believe that around 70% of the money distributed in freerolls returns to the room as players end up paying buy-in with the money they get in the freeroll. The PS shot itself in the foot by eliminating freerolls. Could have reduced or added tournament prize money that cannot be withdrawn.Chebchoub said:Yes, 99% of what PokerStars offers in terms of freeroll is hyper satellites, rebuy, and 1000 chips only. so to speak, They have closed the field to a fair number of simple users.
