Not playing at all atm but i updated now to see and for me everything went smooth. I had to type in an email verification code but that was the only thing unusual. When i opened it a second time they no more asked for any code.

I'm having the same problem too. I'm going to try out the instructions and come back with an update.

on win10 x64 pro have a problems. do you play on laptop with wifi or PC with LAN cabel?

W10 is an outdated system without security support anymore. Totally possible they decided to get rid of it with their newest update.

And you should so too.

There's extended Windows 10 support until October 2027.

idk some players play on win10 and there is no problem before the update

Ok was not aware of that. But its still possible WPT released their new update without windows 10 support anymore. Im obviously not sure about it but its definitely in the realm of possibilitys.

The computer has Wi-Fi, and location services are enabled. Even so, the WPT Global software is not opening. I’ve already uninstalled and reinstalled the software, but the problem persists. I guess all I can do now is wait for the next update.

same here.... i did everything but no effect.

check new update!! everything works now!

Here it worked fine... maybe uninstalling and then installing again can resolve the problem

they updated the client now it works fine

Everything works fine with new update , we'll see for how long . Glad they did it , I can play freeroll tomorrow , see ya there ;)
