Is Serbia restricted from Party poker?

I read that party poker is a good site to play along with PokerStars and 888. But when I try to click on partypoker, the site will not load. Then I Google and saw Serbia was on restricted territory list of partypoker at some point. Did I read correctly and Serbian can not play at party poker?

I opened account and funded and got some SPIN tickets, but now everytime I try to login in application I get "Page Failed to Load". error message. I tried on two laptops and got same thing. I can login at partypoker242.com and see my account. I tried unintsalling and reinstalling only to get same thing on both laptops. On Android mobile, I can not even download application as it refuses to connect to site once I click on "download".

Im not sure for Serbia but i know im not able to play at those sites - here in the Republic of Serbia

After 12-13 years of having an account, I've got an email from bwin (same network as Party). Email says that they don't work with Serbia anymore and my money is transferred to some new sportsbook (they don't have poker yet), I don't even remember the name...
I was thinking whether to open an account with Party and not decided yet.

So AlexBlefer, you are still playing on Party? Or did you play until recently?
