Hi All. not sure if anyone still has both accounts due to playing with cardschat but they are looking into accounts and closing them for breach of terms and conditions. There allowing me to keep one account but lost the funds on the other. There are looking into it further to see if they can find out what i have so I may get the funds but be aware they are looking.

i guess its about 2 independent sites that probably merged . i dont know what happened to sportsbook poker and carbonpoker .

Did you have them open at the same time? Did you use a vpn to play? What other circumstances u think may lead to this investigation?

No to all. Never play them at same time. They are just no longer honoring the allowably under cardschat anymore.

No idea why they are investigating. Your newer here but we used to have freerolls there. They allowed CC members to have both account. No more. They maybe looking into bots and email or something is probably how i got into this.

I put this here so if others still have both account they can get there funds out before it happens to them.

Sadly the BS they game me was funny. Just lie after lie.

I have both Betonline & a SportsBetting account. I have deposited & made withdrawals from SB but have never deposited on BOL. I only played on the BOL site a few times and don't think I even have it currently downloaded on my computer.
I thought it was two separate companies. Did they amalgamate or something?
I don't understand why they'd have a problem with you having an account at both sites? Do you play much on either of the sites?

(fwiw, the tables on SportsBetting are much softer than a lot of the other poker sites)

Hi ALl,
We have an update. I called again since the person I talked to had a hard time understanding the issue. All funds are back on the account and we are all set to play when and were we want again.

The reason I called again was what she was telling me made no sense. Next person took 5 minutes and were are back.

Thats what i figured out and why I called again. The 1st person did not make any sense. She said it was closed but I was able to log in still but all funds gone. She at one point said I had no account ever as well. It was pretty wild talking to her but next person was great and had me back up fast. This is why I hate having to call and not have info to show everyone. Cant prove a phone call what was said.
