So I make a $300 deposit into my pokerstars account for the first time, and we’ve all been there. You’re excited to get in the experience of it and then suddenly:

“Were sorry but you’re account has been suspended as you must verify your ID” 🪪 ⚠️

you contact support and if you’re anything like me, you’ll be checking your email every 5 minutes waiting for an update as to what could have happened.

Then, suddenly. The account is back on again (Took them long enough) !

You start playing and realize that the bonus offer given was not rewarded as promised in the advertising. What should have happened is the casino instant funds should have been used first before your real money balance is used. So what is the next thing to do?

Thus, you discovered you’ve been duped. You’ve just gave the casino the real money and have no way to get it back.

And when you ask for the compensation that’s promised in the advertisement, it is denied unless you deposit more funds.

Like…. LMAO this must truly take the cake for my life experience(s).

Hi, yes pokerstars doesn’t explain well with their bonus, and is not easy follow the progress to get this.

Well in my case, it was supposed to be a $600 instant casino bonus. No wager.

But what ended happening is the bonus got removed from my account the exact moment I made my deposit. As such, the deposit bonus was removed!

Now… We’ll… good riddance.

They owe me what they advertised.

you seem to have a hard time with pokerrooms sorry man.
First Partypoker now PS ^^
Did you validate your account? It was also a tedious process for me back then when I reopened my account . Think it took me over a week when I finally got approved and all gambling privileges were reinstated...
But after that everything works just fine.

Some kind of error must occured in your case.
Don't give Up, but stay polite that always helps with support.

Hi,
3 weeks ago there was a challenge to win $50 if you reach 3000 points on casino games
I got to 2967 and to my surprise the counter was back to 2600
I contacted the support to give me explanations and they told me that it is 2600 the total of my points and that certainly I had never reached 2967
in addition they asked me for evidence as if I was going to lie for 50$

even their game history apparently had 2600

so I continued to play by taking screenshots every 5 minutes

it's sad

Welp.

I’m not having the best of luck here with these online casinos This agent told me I was supposed to receive a $600 bonus, but I won’t because the account was closed the moment I made a deposit. I sent the id in for verification and the access was back up only I didn’t get what I was promised.

And it doesn’t sound like I will either? 🤔 💭

Ya it’s definitely on the low road.

I am considering some options in my case.

Sadly I missed the screenshot of the agent saying I’m entitled to a $600 bonus but they’re not able to offer it to me as they don’t have the ability to?

Like huh?

Contact another agent I'd say. when I got my account back up I think I contacted 4 or 5 agents and only the 5th was competent enough to see the problem ^^
usually I'm quite satisfied with support. Very annoying but sometimes human errors happen

Sadly the agents on the front line are probably over worked, under paid and not provided the proper tools they need in their toolboxes 🧰

Just escalated to an escalation department, as this is a serious violation in so many ways.

The second image was their response . Better, but didn’t the other agent say they owed me $600?

The first thing you do when you open a new account at an online casino is to verify your account, before you deposit. Make sure it's verified and then you can enjoy playing.

Before doing anything, always get your account verified regardless of the casino or poker App. I myself am solving some problems in an application in which I have an account!(y):sneaky::confused:

I mean the very first thing i do when i accept such kind of bonuses is to bet small amounts and check if everything is as it should and what money is used for my bets.

U should have done the same too but decided to just fire off right away (which is kind of understandeable).

Now u have to deal with low level support and explain everything over and over and it sucks.

Only problems for u it seems with these rooms 😅

Aww yes Pokerstars. When I moved my account from Ontario to Belize, most of my deposit options became extremely limited, and then when I won about $1200 bucks I tried to withdrawal and they tell me this: "We are sorry but the minimum amount you can withdrawal is $10000. I never had that problem when I was "Canadian". LOL. What a joke. Needless to say I dont put much money on there anymore.

Lol . Yeah the limits vary greatly from country to country. Depends on how wealthy the nation is .
My withdrawal e.g is 45000€ in 24 hrs.
Not that I would ever need such a high limit but who knows ...🤣

What withdrawal method was this? A bank in belize?

I highly doubt that this is for every withdrawal method. Did u try skrill for example?

I agree with others. Another agent may compensate you. I usually get things back with deposit bonuses. It seems to happen with every online casino. The deposit bonus never gets applied.

Cannot say I have had this problem, mind you I have never made a deposit or tried to get the bonuses on offer, They all look a bit shady on every site I have played on.
