What is the quickest way to contact PokerStars Support Team?

Some of the pokersite have Online Chat, but I'm PokerStars regular player, theirs support channel is difficult to reach and irritate me sometime since, there's only Email support provided, is there any other better way to speak to their team?

I am contacting PokerStars Support via email. But, lately, they have been responding to letters for a very long time. I think the fastest way is a phone call.

the last time I contacted the poker star support team by email. because I forgot my password. they answered me in less than 24 hours. I think this is the quickest and most efficient way to contact them.

only via email. there's nothing you can do about it, you'll have to wait maybe even a few days. you're not the only one. it takes time to satisfy all users ' requests.

For online consultation when you are about to send the claim or consultation you must put that your problem is in deposit so there is a secondary window where it is the online help and there you can make your corresponding consultation or claim

sent them an email a week ago still no reply, no other way to say it, worst customer support ever,for an online company to use covid 19 as an excuse is unrealistic if not a down right lie,most of there customer support is farmed out to people already working from home

I am always using Live Chat without any problem. Use English one they will respond really quick.

When I needed some support I sent my request by email and they answered / resolved it in two or three days.

Unfortunately they only give phone support to there high rollers.

However, with the amount of rake these guys charge everyone should probably get lol.

Hi!I usually contact them through the window and sometimes wait a long time for a response.But mostly the answer comes quickly within a day.And rather, it all depends on your question.The more complex the question, the longer the waiting time for an answer.and they always refer to the workload.

The e-mail support has been good a year ago. Today it seems they only use their e-mail to send 3 freebet-offers every day. Greetings from the SKY!

Maybe but still i'd imagine if they dont answer to your email within' 5 working days then it's probably better to DM their support in Twitter so they'd (hopefully) speed the things up lol ...

3 free bet offers every day? This sounds too good to be true considering i probably dont even get 3 offers from stars entire month or even calendar year lol ...

See if you have the livechat option i the help-contact options on the pokerstars software.Usually pokerstars respond in 3-14 days with whatever inquiry I have for them .If this doesnt work maybe try any of their social medias like pokerstars support on twitter or on instagram.I never tried it this way but its worth a shot if you cant contact them any other way.
