Why OptimusPoker?

An all-in-one AI-powered poker training ecosystem. Move from identifying a leak to studying the correct GTO strategy, understanding the spot through AI-assisted analysis, saving the key lesson and training the same situation inside one connected workflow.

Built to help you remember key information, not simply display more data. OptimusPoker helps you isolate the patterns, frequencies and strategic ideas that matter, save them in context and reinforce them through targeted practice.

AI-assisted poker study built around GTO data. Our solver combines GTO data with AI-assisted educational tools to help you understand not only what the solver recommends, but why the strategy works and how to apply it.

Dynamic notes directly inside the solver. Save strategic conclusions in context and turn your study into a structured, reusable poker knowledge base.

Integrated teamwork and shared notes. Coaches, study partners, stables and teams can share knowledge and work on poker strategy together inside the platform.

Gamification and structured progression. Track your development through scores, achievements, challenges and competitive leaderboards while building stronger decision-making habits.

Watch the OptimusPoker Overview:

OptimusPoker Platform Overview

Fully Web-Based — No Downloads Required

Poker study should not require a powerful computer, complicated installations, constant updates or several disconnected subscriptions.

With OptimusPoker, everything runs directly in your browser. You can study from your desktop, laptop or tablet wherever you are.

There is no software installation, solver configuration, database setup or maintenance. Simply log in and start studying with a faster and more accessible workflow.

Try it now: Visit OptimusPoker

Study Faster With One Connected Workflow

You should spend your study time improving your game, not organizing software.

OptimusPoker connects every important stage of poker study. Review a decision, identify the leak, open the relevant GTO solution, use AI-assisted analysis to understand the spot, save your conclusion and train the same situation without manually transferring information between applications.

This removes the repeated work created by separate solvers, spreadsheets, screenshots, note-taking applications and trainers.

Identify → Understand with AI → Save → Train → Apply

Remember What Matters — Not More Data

More data does not automatically create better poker decisions.

The real advantage comes from recognizing the key patterns, frequencies, thresholds and strategic concepts you need to remember at the table.

OptimusPoker is designed around knowledge retention rather than data overload.

Instead of leaving you with a large GTO output and no clear study process, the platform helps you identify the most relevant information, record it in dynamic notes, practise it in Train Mode and revisit it in the exact context where it was learned.

AI-assisted analysis helps turn complex solver outputs into clearer explanations, so you can understand the logic, remember the concept and apply it in future spots.

Understand it. Save it. Train it. Remember it. Apply it.

Poker IQ Test

The Poker IQ Test measures the quality of your decisions rather than your short-term results.

You face strategic situations, compare your answers with optimal solutions and receive a Poker IQ score that reflects your strategic understanding.

Detailed skill breakdowns reveal your strengths, weaknesses and priorities, so you immediately know what to study next.

The Poker IQ Test connects naturally with OptimusPoker’s AI-powered GTO training ecosystem, helping you identify where your game needs work and what to focus on next.

Try it: Take the Poker IQ Test

Watch the video:

Poker IQ Test Overview

Compare Yourself Against the Population

Comparing your decisions with GTO is useful, but you also need real context.

OptimusPoker lets you compare your performance against the wider player population, so you can see:

  • Which mistakes are common
  • Where you outperform average players
  • Where your strategy differs from GTO
  • Where you can potentially gain the biggest edge
Population comparison helps you understand not only what GTO recommends, but also how your decisions compare with real player tendencies.

This makes it easier to prioritize the improvements that matter most.

Try it: Play Mode

Learning Built Around Your Game

Your study plan should reflect your game, your leaks and your objectives.

OptimusPoker does not force every player through the same generic path.

Using your Poker IQ results, training performance and leak-detection data, the platform helps recommend what you should study next.

Our AI-assisted learning system is designed to help you:

  • Organize your study
  • Identify recurring mistakes
  • Prioritize high-impact leaks
  • Review important strategic concepts
  • Focus on situations relevant to your game
Regulars, semi-professionals and professionals can focus on advanced concepts, recurring mistakes and high-value leaks instead of wasting time on generic study paths.

GTO Data for Serious Poker Study

Reliable GTO data is the foundation of serious poker study.

If the underlying information is unreliable, the conclusions you memorize, train and apply will also be unreliable.

OptimusPoker uses consistent GTO information across solver analysis, AI-assisted learning and Train Mode practice, allowing players to study from one connected source.

The platform helps you understand the reasoning behind the output, isolate the key information and turn GTO data into knowledge you can actually use.

Explore it: OptimusPoker GTO Solver

Train Mode

Train Mode lets you repeatedly practise the situations that matter until better decisions become automatic.

Focus on:

  • High-frequency spots
  • Specific streets
  • Different stack depths
  • Recurring mistakes
  • Important hand categories
  • Specific strategic concepts
Repeat each scenario as often as needed and turn theory into confident and consistent execution.

Train Mode connects directly with OptimusPoker’s AI-powered GTO study workflow, helping you move from solver understanding to practical decision-making.

You do not just study what the correct play is. You train yourself to recognize it and execute it.

Try it: Train Mode

Watch the review:

Train Mode Review

Dynamic Notes Inside the Solver

Important poker insights are easy to lose across screenshots, spreadsheets, external documents and messaging applications.

Once the original spot is separated from the note, much of its strategic context disappears.

OptimusPoker allows you to create dynamic notes and save your knowledge directly inside the solver.

You can create a note while studying a solution and connect it to:

  • Game type
  • Position
  • Street
  • Stack depth
  • Stakes
  • Hand category
  • Strategic tags
  • Training situation
  • Solver output
Your notes are not isolated comments.

They remain attached to the strategic context in which the idea was discovered, making the information easier to organize, find, review and memorize later.

Over time, you can build your own structured poker knowledge base: not just a collection of solver screenshots, but a reusable record of the patterns, conclusions and adjustments that matter to your game.

AI-assisted study tools can then help you organize and revisit this knowledge more efficiently.

Watch the solver review:

OptimusPoker Solver Review

Teamwork and Shared Notes

Serious poker improvement is often accelerated when players compare reasoning, challenge conclusions and build strategy together.

Traditional solvers usually keep each user’s work isolated, forcing teams to move knowledge into external documents and communication tools.

With OptimusPoker, you can share dynamic notes and strategic knowledge with:

  • Coaches
  • Study partners
  • Stable members
  • Poker schools
  • Study groups
  • Professional teams
A coach can organize and share key concepts, study partners can compare conclusions, and teams can create a common knowledge base around the spots they are working on.

Because every note remains connected to its strategic context, collaboration is clearer and more useful than exchanging isolated screenshots or documents.

This makes OptimusPoker particularly valuable for professional players, coaching groups, poker schools, stables and serious study communities that want to learn and improve together.

I think your App has potential, but I couldn't really get a good enough feel for its value to make a commitment. Ran into your paywall way too soon. You might want to look at a different pay structure for trials to allow interested parties enough time to give it a thorough test. Your pricing is probably good if the app fulfills its promise, but I did run into at least one bug, some features that were "coming soon" and a few other things that were not immediately clear.

So it's just not clear to me that it's worth subscribing.

Thanks for taking the time to try Optimus Poker and for sharing such detailed feedback.

Just to clarify one point: the screen you encountered is not a paid subscription paywall. It only asks users to create a free account so their activity, progress, scores and unlocked content can be saved.

A free Starter account gives access to several parts of the platform without requiring payment, including free poker training against AI bots, the Poker IQ Test, Watch Mode, progress tracking and access to the Optimus Poker training ecosystem. Some advanced features and higher usage limits are included in the paid plans, but creating an account does not require a subscription.

That said, if the account-registration screen felt like a payment wall, then we clearly need to make that distinction more visible.

Could you also tell us more about the bug you encountered, including what you were doing and what happened? It would be helpful to know which “Coming Soon” features you saw and which parts of the platform were unclear.

That information would help us reproduce the issue and improve the experience. Thanks again for giving Optimus Poker a try.

I ran though it again and I think I see what was happening. I was logged in to my free Starter account today, as I was before.

I started in the trainer but then when it told me I made a mistake I switched over to the solver (where it says "Solver /Open" in the Botton right corner)
which is where I ran into the paywall screen that I referred to above. I clicked on a bet button in the Solver, it told me I was out of credits, l clicked on X and it gave me an infinite loop "Loading..." screen with no way out.

I am already logged in to a free account so there is no requirement to create a free account (again).

As far as bugs go (see the infinite loop "Loading..." screen above), the last time it just locked up but I don't recall exactly what I was doing when that happened. It showed some mangled text in a popup screen. Today it locked up again, but this time it happened when it told me I was out of credits.

Here's yet another bug I just encountered. There is no way to exit this "UNMAPPED GTO ZONE" pop-up, The X in the top right corner does nothing.

Screenshot 2026 08 06 at 11309PM

In general though, a big source of frustration, maybe not a bug exactly, is that there is no obvious way to exit screens. I'm currently stuck in an infinite loop in the Solver. I'm out of credits with no way to get back to the trainer other than killing the page and restarting.

Anyway, enough free debugging. I can't properly evaluate your app without full access, and based on what I've seen so far I'm not going to pay to subscribe to any level. By the way - another source of frustration was finding the list of plans and prices. I now see that clicking on "Premium" does that, but I was looking for "Pricing" or "Plans.

I've been watching some of your AI/GTO Perfect Poker stream and have noticed some strange play by the AI/GTO bots. Here's an example. I can't for the life of me figure out how a check/fold with a full house JJJ66 on the river is GTO optimal?

Here's another one. Both AI/GTO bots get it all in with air. How 54 got anywhere near the river (with no diamonds, no pair, no flush draw, and a low backdoor straight draw on the flop that became a low gut-shot on the turn that never improved beyond that) escapes me. It started out as a 3-bet bluff pre-flop but quickly spiralled. It would be interesting to see this play in your Solver. I can see this type of hand unfolding with REALLY STRONG reads in real life, but GTO?

Pre Flop 54

Air vs Air

I ran this hand through your AI poker mentor. If 54 somehow did get to the river (not the way this hand unfolded) it recommends shoving as a buff because:
  • "River (K♠): Lead with a large bet or shove as a bluff. If you check, you must fold to any bet, as you cannot win at showdown.
By bluffing this river, you capitalize on the fact that the board pairing the King makes it very difficult for the BTN to call with anything less than a King or a very stubborn pocket pair."
Yet, the other AI/GTO bot made the call with air.

BTW - if this really is GTO I'm already there. I do this kind of crazy stuff naturally (which is why I'm poker poor :)).

I'm very much enjoying the AI Poker Mentor - very smart and patient!

Screenshot 2026 08 07 at 43808PM

I should add I really like the AI/GTO Perfect Poker stream that I commented on in my previous two posts. I know it may not seem that way from the instances that I picked to discuss. It's just that some of the wilder plays, which I assume are the outliers that keep 'em guessing, hit a little too close to home.

Hi CardsChat community,

We’ve released Solver AI Analysis on OptimusPoker to give players more guidance while reviewing difficult hands.
It works like a poker mentor that stays beside you during your study session. Instead of leaving you alone with charts and percentages, it explains the spot in clear language and helps you understand the reasoning behind the solver’s recommendations.
You can copy the explanation, write your own notes directly beside the hand, and come back to the spot later. It is designed to make solver study feel less intimidating and more practical.
  • Get guidance while reviewing difficult spots
  • Understand the reasoning behind solver recommendations
  • Turn complex outputs into clear study points
  • Copy useful explanations for later
  • Write and save your own notes
Open Solver: https://optimuspoker.com/en/solver
Create a free account: https://optimuspoker.com/en/register

We’d welcome feedback from CardsChat members on whether this kind of guided analysis helps them learn more effectively.

I'm considering trying it. On a scale from 1 to 10, how much would you give?

Definitely on the high end of the scale. :)

Actually, what @optimus.poker posted just above is how I viewed it, and that was before this new release of "Solver AI Analysis" that they just announced. I'm going to go check that out right now.
