yes, as the 2018 World Cup in Russia showed, the Croats scored well on penalties, in the 1/8 finals, quarterfinals and semifinals they drew and lost in the final to France

France won 3-1 😎 strong performance overall for France and especially Mbappe(what a tournament he's having...), also it was 3-0 until the last attack of the match when Poland received a penalty, so not too much 'sweat' regarding the bet...

For today I'll back Brazil to win easily* a really offensive starting XI(Neymar + Vini + Richarlison +Raphina all starters 😎 so it should be an entertaining encounter) :
