Man I've watched so many games where this team never gives a full 60 mins of effort this season and over the last 20+ years it's simply maddening this is still happening in 2026...it's not even the lose and losing that makes me this way. It's the lifeless effort. Show some give a F**K for god's sake...
Tampa tonight. Hopefully they can bring it tonight for a full 60 mins.
Cheers!!!

Oilers' Draisaitl visits doctor in Germany for injury. Edmonton Oilers forward Leon Draisaitl was in Munich, Germany, on Saturday as he continued his recovery from a lower-body injury and publicly addressed his ongoing absence.
Well finally a game where we can't complain about the lack of give a F**K/effort they pretty much all showed up and put a full 60 mins of effort. Tampa was just a bit better and we hit 4-6 posts. No shame in that lose and I ain't even mad.
Drai's comments say a whole lot. He may not be back for the start of the playoffs and if he is he certainly won't be 100% healthy. Which really sucks.
McDavid's post game comments were quite something. Basically he thru the coach under the bus....this after Drai did pretty much the same thing just before the Olympic break. No way Knob is going to be back next season......he'll be likely to last till and thru the playoffs. What a f**king mess of a season man. The end can't come soon enough.
Cheers!!!

The only thing I don't like well two is not enough shots and once again we lose at home ..of you track it back months now we havnt beat anyone at home of note outside of the bad Pacific division..teams have actually crushed us at home in that stretch...unless something dramatic inside the locker room takes place and our head coach gets a fire in his belly and holds p,ayers more accountable ..were in trouble making the playoffs let alone doing anything in them . Idk about knobs but his new deal kicks in next season so that's a lot of money and time to eat...hard to imagine them doing that once again think like most of these guys with ntc were stuck with data from star trek who even has more emotion then our coach does sadly .hardongear said:
Guess all the good Doctors are in Germany, first Austin now Leon,we can call them the mystery docs because nobody knows what the real injuries are, upper body lower body thats all they say, pretty soon they will just say its a body injury🙁
Agree we've been pretty miserable at home this season thank god the Pacific division is completely trash this year cause if it wasn't we'd have zero chance of making the playoffs. We keep losing and it will be a lot tighter then it should be when it comes to use making the playoffs. I don't see much changing in the dressing room(can't be a very happy place).99TERRANCE99 said:
As for coach Katz has shown he's willing to do and spend whatever is needed to win and I fully expect he'll have some say in the coach being fired after all he's the guy paying out his money to get rid of him if they fire him. At this point I'd honestly bet a lot of money Knob is gone as soon as our season/playoff run is over. I wouldn't even be surprised if he was replaced before the playoffs.....I know I know it's really late in the season for that.
One thing I'm not worried about is Drai coming back with a fire in his belly. I just hope he comes back 85+% healthy and isn't forcing it. We don't need DRai having a career ending injury because he forced himself to come back early.99TERRANCE99 said:
100% agree with not getting specific with player injuries. You don't want guys targeting his injury when he comes back which 100% guys will if they know what it is/was.99TERRANCE99 said:

Disagree about sports injuries, think they all should be exposed, sports betting has changed sports forever, understand what your saying about other players targeting them thats between the players to figure out, same for all of them if they go down that path
As a sports hadicapper of many sports every day for many years the specific injury doesn't need to be listed however the injury time length out should be posted immediately after the team and player knows, the NBA specifically plays games until seconds before tip off dramatically changing outcomes that I 100 agree with you onfrank174 said:
If they do switch out the coach I'd be on board for right now before the playoffs not really a fan of in the off-season after it doesn't go well again so the players and coaches left and league are shocked and it's a real shakeup to them all left ,no more chances no more delay just done and over .hardongear said:
This team needs to string some wins together to re-build some team confidence, was reading somewhere they havnt had even a 3 game win streak this year, found that hard to believe but its that type of year for them, I agree they should change the coach,he lost that room 2 months ago, shows how much Bowman has really botched this team,I dont think he has a handle at all with this team, one thing for sure is he is no Scotty Bowman guess genetics isnt everything😆99TERRANCE99 said:
Another win for the good guys and more goods news this team really seems to be coming together an full 60 min effort and I love the push back and how they responded to Dickinson getting elbowed to the head. They're playing better together and really coming together as a team and playing for each other and standing up for each other. Hope this all keeps up and that we can get avg NHL goaltending going forward. Could end up with a longer playoff run then most of us expected just 1-2 weeks ago.
Cheers!!!

If that a 1st rd. match-up its going to be some nail biting excitement, going to be a slug fest, the way Kuch is scoring for Tampa wonder what the scoring winner ends up at,think their both have around 9 or 10 games left, going to be 140 or more to win it🤔99TERRANCE99 said:
