Today we have the first round of the Group Stage to be completed.

During the previous days, three of the big favourites (Brazil, Argentina and Germany) didn't win and struggled quite a bit. I see that no one mentions England. They are highly underrated in this World Cup. They have pretty solid team and Harry Kane is on beast mode.

I think that today they will not have any problem vs Tunisia.

I give them more that 70% chances to reach the semi-finals at least.

I guess that for England it's better to be underrated rather than overrated ...

I think that Spain and Portugal played a very strong match. And the French team just did their job. I do not know what happened to the German team, but Mexico will host the next Championship, and they are serious. Perhaps the Mexican team is the dark horse of this tournament, they were underestimated, and they showed an excellent game all 90 minutes.

England - let's first look at them on the field. From Germany, Brazil and Argentina, too much was expected. But the beginning turned out to be good only for bookmakers. 😀

that's too high.

even the so called england golden generation didn't manage to reach the semifinals.

Maybe I'm being too harsh but I think english players choke in crunch time.

arent they always overrated though? the only time they won the cup is when they were the hosts.

England has the best front line with Harry Kane (flying high) and they weren't mentioned as favorites. But I respect England always as I favorite team. No matter what!

Goal! Hurrykane! What a fantastic smell of goal he has! Harry Kane is the real goalmaker.

I dont believe England is even a top 4 team in the world cup. If they make it to the podium i will be very very surprised! Germany, Argentina, Russia, and Spain will be my teams to watch.

I think I have to change my oppinion. Tunisia made a wall in front of its goalkeeper.

Poor performance from England yesterday.

There is problem in the stability of the defence, as well as in the midfield, as the team lacks a quality creative midfielder. Sterling is a joke. Fortunately for the team, they have the beast Harry Kane. We will see.

English players have completed their game as we expected. It was a difficult match.

Agreed, we left our three best creative passing mids (Shelvey, Wilshere and Lallana) at home.

Lingard and Alli are skillfull, but they are not great at seeing and picking out a pinpoint 50 yard pass.

Germany juat barely squeezed the win today in laterally the last seconds of the game.. how crazy!

Easy day for England today. Poor Panama completely got destroyed.

But we have the big game England-Belgium. I believe in this England, Harry Kane is on beast mode. We will see!

Beating a poor Panama team doesnt really mean we are in with a chance.

Beat Belgium by a couple and I will start getting my hopes up.

Lingard was on a different level today. I say keep Alli on the bench and let Lingard run the show.

True. Lingard was pretty solid yesterday.

England is fortunate having Harry Kane in such a wonderful form. The game with Belgium will be a good test, but let's not forget that both teams have secured their participation in the next round, so the match will be quite open imo.
