It's not enough to score just goals, he's a great striker but he needs to win important things and stand out in other aspects in order to win the Ballon d'Or.

Its clear, He's link up play still needs improvement. As for playmaker, strikers are never playmakers,they are always finishers, Look at Benzema, Lewandowski etc they also aren't playmakers. Playmakers are usually the no10's (De Bruyne, Bruno Fernandez) etchenrich45 said:

No one really cares if Haaland isnt a playmaker, he was bought for the job he does better than anyone right now - the numbers dont lie, he is a goal machine.
