Flores is an average trainer. He should have done more with the Dolphins. I can't believe he was fired for racism.

As he should, there is no reason why Flores shouldn’t be a head coach in the NFL, brutal that he didn’t get any of the vacant positions. The Rooney rule is a joke to the racist owners

Flores lost his job because the owner was more comfortable with the decision making of the general manager. The owner apparently asked Flores if he agreed that Tua was a better qb than Justin Herbert, he answered no. He asked the GM & he replied, " you want to drop them trousers so I can give you a big old kiss on the a** ,or do you want me to unbuckle them for you?" :smile:
