Mavericks - 9.5 > Cavs

Reasoning is Jazz do not have an answer for Jokic. They beat Jazz last time, although Murray was also playing. Will see how they do this time.

Bucks should smash Rockets but hard to say by how much. I have a feeling they won't be trying for too high of a score as Rockets are out of the season and Bucks don't need the win.

76ers should be able to smash a Zion-less Pelicans.

Cavs have been doing poorly and Mavericks, while inconsistent, are strong enough to beat the Nets, Heat, Wizards, and Warriors. -9.5 sounds doable.
