Even if Real Madrid is not at its best and is playing below its usual level, they always seem to raise their level in the UEFA Champions League when the knockout stage arrives.

So I think, and I hope, that Real Madrid will win this match since they’re playing at home. If they lose at home, it would be very difficult to come back in England.

Yes, Real Madrid has started the season very strongly. With great form, strong defense, and players like Kylian Mbappé scoring many goals, they definitely look like serious contenders for titles. If they keep this level, they have a very good chance to win at least one trophy this season.

Insanely good performance from Valverde and most of the Real Madrid' players, IMO it should have been an even clear win if 3-0 isn't enough lol; I'm a bit ashamed that I backed Guardiola's team yesterday - maybe I should stop following prematch interviews... Los Blancos have the best record in this competition for a reason and they've showed that even with an interim coach and a few key players missing, they can still destroy top teams - Well done 👍 😎

I also believed in a City victory or draw, but regardless of 'form' (LaLiga), in Champions League matches those guys enter 'pact mode', and that's without Mbappe.
