Unfortunately she could never win the World Cup.This was her last opportunity.
 
My candidate Netherlands is in quarter finals but South Africa played very well and deserved, at least, one goal.That mistake of the goalkeeper decided the match.
 
Looking at the way the matches are going now, Japan has emerged as one of the favourites to win the World Cup, and Australia will is also good for from the home field flow.
 
I can´t believe the United States is already eliminated in this round.They played much better than Sweden and deserved the victory Thanks to their goalkeeper, Sweden is in quarter finals.

Exciting game between England and Nigeria.The current European champions only could beat their tough rivals in the penalty shootouts.Good level of most African teams in this World Cup ,specially South Africa and Nigeria.Finally,happy to see a South American team in quarter finals.Congratulations Colombia.!
 
Although France beat Morocco easily , Australia won´t be the same.They are not only one of the hosts of this World Cup but they are also a strong team.Maybe we could see an extra -time in this game.

I think Netherlands can beat the tough team of Spain in today´s game.Tomorrow, I hope Japan will beat Sweden ,because I didn´t like their last performance against the United States.If the japanese play the same way they did against Spain , they will play the semifinals.

I support 100% women's football, here in Brazil it took a while to be recognized and supported, we are behind other teams because of this, I think women's football is as exciting as men's. I'm really rooting for Spain.
 
Sadly, the japanese reaction was too late.Sweden made a superb performance and deserved the victory.My candidate Netherlands was eliminated by Spain in an exciting game. They had to score in the extra-time.Congratulations to Spain, anyway.

Sadly,the last South American hope is eliminated.The goalkeeper´s mistake in the first half affected the team.They represented their country very well.I´m sure they will do better next time.What an excting and dramatic match was the Australia vs France.Maybe the best game of this World Cup.
 
I just watched the summary of the Spanish-Swedish semi-final, the ending must have been exciting.
Tomorrow's semi-final could be similarly close.
