Huh, I have never heard this song before... 😁Tero said:I remember those times. Going to gym 3-5 times a week, timing meals, counting protein grams...
Trying to make the young me to build some muscle and look like a man. But that was 35 years ago for me.
I still have some V-shape in my back because of it.
Love it!acidburnfx said:I have maintained a healthy, consistent routine for many years, basically around three times a week. This includes varied aerobic training to build endurance, as well as functional training to improve balance, strength, and agility. I also participate in sports competitions and sometimes i am rewarded for the dedication.
And now you completely stopped doing sport getting older? I see many elderly people going to the gym still and i think exercising is even more important the older u get if u not want to get completely stiff.Tero said:I remember those times. Sometimes shit happens and going to the gym is no longer beneficial. ie. I've been advised by my doctors to not lift anything that is even remotely 'heavy'. And we're not talking about avoiding 600lb+ deadlifts. Today for me, some gentle swimming is about the most I can do.Sunz of Beaches said:And now you completely stopped doing sport getting older? I didn't say that. I just don't hit the weights as I used to. I try to do other things to keep myself in some sort of shape.Sunz of Beaches said:And now you completely stopped doing sport getting older?

Brain wont work at maximal capacity if u dont workout and a smart person would recognize that mind body and soul have to be in agreement with each other. Some kind of workout is essentially for everyone and if u dont have any injuries or other issues that hold u back then its a mistake not doing it.G0930 said:We work out with our brains. Everyone his own lane 😘workout ....I am not suicidal, summer in Vienna is training enough

I typically would go around 240lbs. at 5'11"
I worked out from the age of 10yrs. old. Working out was a big part of my life when I was younger. I worked in gyms, (mgr. of Gold's Gym in Toronto), and later ran a personal training business. Most famous client was Reese Witherspoon.
