As far as I know, Portugal has never won the World Cup. Team cohesion plays a bigger role than names. Argentina demonstrated this at the last tournament.

It certainly can't be said for certain that anyone won't win, but one thing is for sure: as things stand, there are teams in better form. I wouldn't bet a large sum on them right now.
