In order to play poker, you really need money, as strange as it may sound, but it is true, and not a little. It is better to start playing with average limits without spending time on micro limits.Purchase programs to analyze your game and more or less successful coach. And then on your way to conquer the poker peaks in the Internet

I can certainly be on board with starting with a larger deposit than 100$, if it is possible. But I dont think, I would recommend skipping the micros altogether. Are you really learning that much more by playing your first 500 tournaments for 10$ each rather than 1$? I dont think so, and for most people it is motivating to experience, that they can beat the game, they are playing, even its not for a significant amount of money. Losing on the other hand will be demotivating for many. With time the bankroll will also grow, and if you refrain from withdrawing your winnings, at the time, it is large enough to move out of the micros, you will hopefully have required the nessesary skills.

freerolls are a very difficult way to reach a cool bankroll to play! I got a bankroll with tickets that I won through twiter, 11 and 5 tickets I played the bounty

I think in a tournament with more players(1k-2k).......it is more easy to build a bankroll ..but is more difficult to keep it save..........In games with 45-90 players for example.......it is more difficult to build bankroll.....make sense

Mtts

Good afternoon everyone, in my opinion the longer it takes for the blinds to increase, the better it is for the more technical player, because you will not need to go all in, you will play flop, turn and river more often.
There is a $ 2.20 Deepstack Mtt from pokerstars, with a 10 min blind increase and 10,000 starting chips, I play this Mtt better than everyone else, I use a strategy of playing only very strong hands and I almost always make it to the payout , on 03/04/2020, I was in the 24th position, I believe it is the easiest Mtt to create a bank.
The Cardchat freerolls are also great for creating a bankroll, mainly because there was an increase in the starting chips from 1,500 to 3,000 and it is good that the fild is not big, the Mtts were more exciting.

Hi,

Micro stakes sng's and mtt's are really good to get used to tournaments and guild a bankroll.

I usually stick to the follow brm rules:
Hypers (3min) 300 buyins
Turbo (5min) 200 buyins
Reg (10min) 100 buyins
For fields bigger (2000+) players i uses 2 time the buyins.

For 100 dollar the 1 dollar 180 man and 45 mans are the nuts and add some mtt's

Remember its a slow progress. Just enjoy playing the game en slowly get better.

Gl!

I guess if you start from scratch, the daily Cardschat freerolls is the way to go . You can build up to $100 in bankroll in a few weeks/months if you can beat the field.

It depends how big BR you have, you can grind a really good BR with micro stake sng's , they are pretty soft and same with micro MTT's 1-5$

Freerolls. If you aren't good enough to be ITM on freerolls, then probably you shouldn't deposit yet.

The SnG 0,02$ is also good.

I think best tournaments to start build bankroll is 1 tables sit n go than when you master those go 18-45-90-180 and MTT at the end are best choice but you need to go thru all of this its a learning process not skipable.

If you're going for a start from exactly $0, I would say that the Cardschat freerolls are the best way to go. There are far less players in those tourneys than in ones like the Casinoorg freerolls. Also, the players are more serious and may actually fold sometimes.. LOL

currently the best tournaments are now the bounty builder ... although every tournament is good when it is won, but somehow for bankroll they are good because you can make money and drop before the prizes :)

in my opinion if one is first of all a very good MTT player and want to build a bankroll playing MTTs then the best choice is small fields tournaments with regular speed (10min levels), and one must have at least 500BIs and should NEVER play bigger buy-in tournaments ! thats my advice good luck !

The best format is the micros since that way you can learn from the faces of each tournament since if you go to the middle or high you will lose everything invested and you will not be able to make a bank of income

Obv freerolls are the best way to build up a bankroll. From my point of view there aren't that much anymore on Stars like for example 10 years (or more) before. When you got a reasonable bankroll - volume which you need for your playing level - you could grind SNGs. There you must decide if you prefer "normal" ones or Fifty-Fifty and Spins. Depending also on skill level on them.

In the case of MTTs I couldn't recommend a "special" tourney, but there are lot of toureys with a small buyin with reasonable payouts IMHO.
