Do you use music in live tournaments or online to focus?

I even use it only that sometimes in some decisions or quotes I can't use music as a good thing and it ends up as a noise that deconcentrates me. I don't think that hearing anything at least for me to hear all the time is good. sometimes total silence makes us hear the great noise of a good decision or game wisdom that is on your mind, just waiting to be heard

I like playing with music.
But the strange thing is, when the music is on, it's like my game isn't working.
So I think for me it's a bit distracting.

I never use music when I play poker. because it keeps me from concentrating and making the right decisions. I prefer to launch a movie or a documentary in the background. it's more soothing especially on parts that last 4 or 5 hours.
