The games on Replay Poker can be decent. I think the average game there represents a micro/low mtt better than a freeroll.

If you sign up for the CC league there you can also get a bunch of free chips.

The best ones to play there are the bankroll boosters- low buyin plus guaranteed overlay.

Play freerolls to learn the basics. Once you understand the fundamentals, focus on cardschat freerolls where the level of play is higher. After building a bankroll with cardschat freerolls, you'll be ready to venture into games with paid buy-ins.

free poker tournaments are good for improving your skills without risking money. They help you practice tournament strategy and gain experience, even though many players take unnecessary risks.

I recently watched a YouTube video where professional players were answering this exact question. Many of them — actually more than half — don’t recommend playing freerolls for too long, except maybe at the very beginning when you’re just learning. They advise playing micro-stakes instead and building your skills there.

I don't know how long you've been playing freerolls, but as fun it's fine. Personally, I played very little like that; it didn't even take me a month to learn the basics, and then I started investing, and look, after six years I made it profitable.

Free tournaments for bankroll. There is no skill at all because lots of people just push all in for fun...

Every hand played gives experience regardless of buy in range.

But think that cash game and tournament are very different types of poker games.
Each of these games have/need a different strategic approach.

I believe that freerolls really help develop fundamental poker skills. Through them, I better understand tournament structure, learn patience, discipline, and decision-making in different situations. For me, it is a great way to gain experience without financial risk.
At the same time, I understand that many players in freerolls play very chaotically and often go all-in with almost any cards. Because of this, the games do not always reflect real poker, and if I only play freerolls for too long, I may develop bad habits.
Cash games seem more difficult to me because they require discipline, bankroll management, and a solid understanding of postflop play. That is why I am not rushing to move fully into cash games until I feel more confident in my skills. Still, I do not want to avoid cash games completely — it is better to gradually try the lowest limits while continuing to study and improve my game.
