Specific studies for freerolls? No. You'll do fine with simple ABC poker.
Go through our free course, and after that you are already more knowledgeable than half of your opponents.

There is no point in trying to become good at specifically freerolls. You cant lose in freerolls, and mostly the money at stake is so small, that it does not matter much, if you win more or less than the average player. Freerolls should only be played for fun or to practice with the goal of getting good enough to beat microstakes games, which is anything below $5. As for study material you can start with the CC 30-day course. It pretty much cover all the fundamentals.

Freerolls are in general wil, with a lot of people playing without much commitent so the level of recreational plays are way more common.
Play tighter at the beginning, do not overcommit or ego hero call and try to accumulate a healthy stack. As other said, you need to adjust your game and don't expect reasonal game from your opponents

get the free version of GTO WIZARD and learn preflop ranges. Also save your hands played and you can look at post flop play 1 hand a day.

Freerolls require some specific adjustments despite following standard tournament strategy. The best approach is to play patiently early on, exploit loose opponents with strong hands, become more aggressive as the field shrinks, understand ICM near the final table, and use freerolls to gain experience and build a bankroll without financial risk.
