I do this at a full table. AJ, AQ, AK the same. I like to see the flop before I commit a lot of chips to a hand like these. If I'm shortstacked in a tournament I'll shove it all the time.

100 hands is not a big enough sample to justify anything with, weve had this convo before, 3b and 5b pre please, prefer c/r OTF and bomb 3, also im check shoving turn or river for value as played

100 hands is plenty for an idea of vpip/pfr, especially when it's so low. Not like a 25/20 is going to have a 100-hand sample where they play 8/6 very often.

I probably jam. We have such few 7s in our range that it looks really fishy/bluffy to villain and expect to by looked up a lot.
Besides his value hands that are calling 1/2 pot-pot arnt gonna magically find a fold against a slight over shove.*

I bet turn bigger so you can shove river without overbetting. Also against a lot of people I'd consider checking the turn and bluffing river if you miss people give way too much credit to b/ch/b in 3b pots and he's probably folding anything worse than TP.

As for the sample size for vpip/pfr it's actually a math problem not an opinion question. Stdev = sqrt(np*(1-p)) so for the 8% vpip stdev = 2.7 so basically there's a 95% chance his vpip is 12 or lower so he's a massive nit most likely.

meh I literally did the math 2 posts above. Obviously it's possible but it's extremely unlikely. Also I almost am never getting in QQ pre in those positions unless you're running insane. Like even against a 28/25 reg I'm flatting pre. It's not that I don't think I can profitably get it in pre it's that I think it's going to just be higher ev flatting than 3-betting in general.

After i posted that ^^ i was thinking about it and pretty much thought the same thing, just gna see AK a whole bunch then AA/KK occasionally. So ye you probably right hurts to flat QQ pre though
