With my sizing I think QQ could make a small value raise. I don't think JJ would bother. Thing is I don't have enough info to really say whether he can have a bluff here. A few players might be capable of it, but we can't apply that to this situation specifically, due to lack of info. Whereas we can be sure that given stack sizes most players will be setmining here. We pretty much have to make a generalization and I think setmining is the more accurate one, so I decided to fold.

Hmmm, I dunno, you see people doing this with overpairs?
Agreed, i think TT-QQ at these limits play the same. Of course TT just got there.

It's hard for villain to have a set here that isn't TT imo in this spot.

I dunno. 150BBs deep and I 3Bet his UTG open. TT's relative strength is just the same as 88. FWIW Zoom games are filled with bad regs who flat OOP with small PP's, tends to be the opposite of regular tables where the regs fold too much.

I know how to play river if a broadway comes but if it doesn't and he jams on a 6 or some shit I got to fold. Oh I forgot to mention this (cause I'm just getting used to using timing tells) but he insta-raised me. Like his mouse was already hovered there and as soon as I half potted it he came over the top. If he did decide to bluff here, or even raise QQ/JJ for thin value I think he would have taken longer to take into consideration my betsizing and how the T changed my ranges etc.

I highly doubt an overpair flats the flop and raises the turn.

I would like for some one to filter there database to see. I'm going off memory so i could be off, but if my memory serves me right i've seen this play to be a over pair more than a set.
Given board texture, and villains position 3bet etc.

I might cut my tables down to eight today and see if that makes a difference. Want my BB/100 to be double what it is.

Seems fine. His line looks bluffy and I see no reason for him to pot control with any decent ace on the turn. There's some concern he could cbet QQ-KK, check the turn then bet the river for an unknown reason but I think we get shown a lot of random bluffs here too.

Just thought I'd say Hi!

Not been playing for a few months - had to use my bankroll for life and was a bit bored of poker. Last few days been playing a bit of 5nl 6 max, up $7 over 500 hands today. My bankroll is $40 now so will try build it up to play 10nl again.

Will try contribute here a bit...

Peace

Been a pretty good start back so far - this hand made my head hurt, seemed like a good fold at the time...i dunno maybe played the turn/flop all wrong? I put him on AJ or flush/straight draw.

had a few hundred hands on villian who seemed reasonable player, and he insta shoved turn, hence the fold.
