Yeah, I'm realizing that deepstacked play involves a lot wider range of hands that play for implied odds (i.e., you can afford to call more) - one of the reasons I'm having problems deep is that limping ranges are absurdly wide for what I'm used to at 100bb's, so I'm having a difficult time putting anyone on a range postflop.

Ha ha, deeper the stacks, more limping and postflop play IME, shorter stack is more Rush HE style...

So ranges out the window... its all EV postflop, not much bluffability but some. More TK.

Wimps. OK lets try around noon or midnite over there... skype is fine I will fix it for u, unless u are still using the old tin can on a string... MSN works too, as does google chat... All work fine with Thialand, Australia, etc... Your fears are fears of cyberspace...

Do not want to make appointments, just set a time when peeps can drop in if they want...

BTW M u have not been on skype since March, what would you know about it? Then we were playing with video which is another story...

So I went back to normal stakes at midnight tonight (1 hour ago) and was playing some rush 100PLO. That said, I am up about 1 buyin over just under 300 hands.

Only 1 really interesting hand, Guess what this is what sly was talking about . I suprising like getting into these situations but its the coolers that tilt me

Just for clarity sack, I did not 3 bet this hand for 2 reasons

1) way too deep and may be more beneficial for someone else to 3 bet and then 4 bet depending on size of 3 betters stack. But my bet sizing is horrible, I should have made it to like 50 so that the 3 better can shove and the action would still be open if the 800bb stack called.

2) Me and the guy have a little history where all my 3 bets against him that got shown down were with AAxx hands so it may be giving away too much to do it again. Not like I only 3 bet AAxx but he may be under the opinion that I do.

Against our actual hand, he's almost a coinflip with us. If we're playing a similar rundown, though, he can be in pretty bad shape (and with Hero initially flatting on the BTN, I'd be more inclined to put a rundown in our range than a quality big pair). Ton of dead money, he's never much less than 40% against our range.

He's risking $85 with no fold equity to win $130, which isn't enough equity is it?

This is the kinda thing I need to get my head around.

Thats about right, against AAxx and sharing a suit, he has 44% equity so he is making the right play, a lot of people try to avoid those kinds of spots (getting it in with rundown that is) but the good players are willing to do it and it is a true sign of a competent player, bad players will perceive it as a donk move and he will have a metagame advantage while also making a profitable play. I am just not happy with my 4 bet, it has to be smaller and it is pissing me off that I did not realise that at the time.

Omaha Hi/Lo is my style. Just plain Omaha requires too much thinking for me. I like to be relaxed while playing cards, especially since I will be there for long stretches of time.

Woo... forcing myself to quit for the night cause i'm tired and starting to slip mentally a bit

the confidence is returning!

had a couple slightly above break even sessions last couple days and just absolutely crushed everything tonight. Will post some more thoughts after I review my play but at the moment I'm pretty sure I was playing better... willing to make plays I wasn't a week ago and generally being more aggressive and paying more attention to things.

I don't want to be results orienteed winning or losing but the results sure feel good right now.... up 15 buyins today alone

I'm jacking up the agg and widening my range a helluva lot pf (since I'm a nit, that just means I'm probably closer to normal ranges lol), mixed results so far, but feeling good about it.
