I agree on the 1st part, but "keep playing" depends on what you mean. If it's playing Slots, I'm totally against it.

It depends on the jackpot size - they can be anywhere from $500 to hundreds of thousands. If I hit one of the bigger ones on average - say tens of thousands nothing would really change for me.

I would use the money to pay off our mortgage (we are getting close!!) - or to add it to our retirement fund since Joe is retiring next year.

If it was enough we might pinch a bit out for home improvement project.

I would keep playing - can't imagine winning so much that it would no longer matter to me lol.
