i think its a big mistake to show your cards if you don't have to.
and it's not my opinion alone , it's also doug polk advice , the man of UpSwing LAB.
He always say these words to his students , "Do not show your cards , if you don't have to".;)

I think it's a mistake to show the cards to the opponent. But that depends on the players at the table. If you are a player who likes to play chess ... sometimes you have to show cards to trick your opponents.

I think its a bad idea to show your opponents you cards because you are just giving them free information there is no need to do that its a really bad idea imo

In general, no one ever showing his cards. If players want to see them, let them equalize my bet.

If I am asked I will usually show my cards unless my opponent is being an ass. When I get heads up I tend to show a couple of good bluffs to bait for a strong hand.:D:D

I"ll never show a card if I don't have to, with the rare exception of a low handed table full of fish to get one to tilt off, and even then I'm not sure I would.

It never hurts for potential opponents to think you’re more than a little stupid and can hardly count all the money in your hip pocket, much less hold on to it.

No, i hardly ever like to show my cards, because this is information about yourself that you are giving to the opponent, and that simply doesn´ t need. But sometimes you need to, for the opponents think you play every time that way, and then you need to change your gameplay along the table (cash games) or tournaments

Hello I play honestly and of course quite a lot of times this is exactly what happens with the cards I originally say if you pay you will see my cards and of course I will show my opponent if he wants to see my cards

As a rule no, but if I've been a bit too aggressive, I might show that I had it just to let people know I'm not really too out of line. :)

I don't usually. But sometimes if the tables real tight I'll play 2/7 like aces and then show. It ushually opens up the action.

usually no. but in some situation ill let them see depends on the type of game , I think its better to let the see a good hand or a bluff once in a while, but not so frequent, so the players don't think you're that type of player that always play with a strong hand, because they will start to be more careful and minimised the bet or if they se you raise, or they will fold from the start .
what good is a hand if you have nobody to play with .:D
