Very rarely, and only against lower level thinking recreational players. Never versus smart regs.

No I usually do not show my cards like you said it's free info ,most of the time I keep it on auto muck, sometimes it can actually throw your opponent off like when betting and you have something and they don't call and you show, then when you try to bluff it helps

I just avoid showing them, mostly out of respect for the opponent and aside I don't discover any strategy of my game

No, I was muck my cards. What might be the strategy if I disclose all my bluffs?

Sometimes I show the cards but I show them only to those who always play with a bat or raise no matter what the cards have and when they take the good hand and do it then I show the cards just to make them feel bad

Depends on the table and the players. Sometimes when I play against a player who call everything with a flush or straight draw it could be a good idea to show him a strong hand

I prefer not to show the cards so as not to give any information to the opponents, but there are times, especially against certain players, it is useful to show them the cards so that they begin to tilt, or start calling your bets more often, but this is rare.:cool:It all depends on the situation.

The winners are those who believe in their victory.:)

I don’t understand some of these posts that ask if you drink or show cards. When we play together please take good care to both drink and show me your cards frequently. It would not be fair for you to let me play uninformed.

Showing cards

I do show sometimes but not as a general rule. Don't want to give information for free.

I never show any cards for any reason, a card is free information for the other person. It's not worth it in my mind.

I never show my cards, people should always be second guessing themselves when they play against you, never give opponents information about you (in tournaments an cash games I mean, with friends it's another situation).

I don't show my cards often at all. The only times I show are a bluff so I can tighten up and get paid off on later hands.

I never show my cards. Players ask to see but I say no. Pay to see ,has always seem, to work for me. When I dont show it pays off I find, in the long run. Players are curious to see what I hold, that's how i win pots.

It depends on the hand, the tournament and the round of it. Usually it doesn't benefit at all, it only hurts, but sometimes you want to show them how well you've played it

I probably show my cards more than I should. I never show bluffs, but I should definitely stop showing all together. Heck, I don't even like turning my cards over on showdowns. lol
