I am a fan of poker, play all free time. Sleep 4-5 hours a day the rest of the time spend at the game or on poker forums. A day get 300$ in cash NL50, and ~1000$ MTT.
Can be more, but at the end of the session take a lot of bad decisions cause fatigue, can't stop. sorry for my English.

Past few months I try to play at least an hour or so each day. I primarily focus lately on Zone 6 max and a couple of MTTs a week. My schedule is always changing so it's hard to keep consistent but I've found it helpful to play a bit each day.

Right now I'd say anywhere from 0.5 to 3 hours a day of cash Zone poker and about 8-16 hours of MTTs play (spread across 2-3 nights a week). If I'm only playing one MTT I'll often have a game of Zone going too.

It's also currently a small part of my income recently so I try to get more volume in when I'm in peak focus.
