Something changed in me as I not find always happiness sitting hours and hours in front of my computer. So trying to play faster MTTs but looking for some big tournaments as well, which are really slow. So if I mix it them, it help me not to burn out, and make my mind more cleaner.

I play tournaments too so it’s normal for a tournament starting at 3:30pm to end between 11-11:59pm. I’m trying to cut back so I only play on certain days of the week so I have quality time with the kids and wife. However on days that I play it’s 8-9 hours. Sometimes the wifey joins me.

It´s not easy to play correctly if I´m tired after work or house job.
Because each person has the limit to decise thing.
Poker requires us to decise each hand (4 times or more).
Therefore, it makes me tired after games.

These days I played 18 hours, but in the last 3 hours I only did nonsense. It all depends on how much energy you have and free time, but I recommend you don't play more than 8 hours a day. I also had an occasion that I played for 16 hours and went to win a tournament on the last screen after playing all this.

I'm just amateur player, so I can play "correctly" only 2-3 hours, not much than 4 hours in a day on one table in one time. "Correctly" means - think on each hand and play as much good as I can on my level..
Now I try to play two tables each time, and I can't play more than 2 hours at all...
