I also have one very strong recommendation to improve your software. It will be great if you may put a tool that you may use for writing notices on the other players on the tables, like it's available on PS. It gives a great impact to track the players there.

We have the Player notes feature, right click on the nickname > player notes.

payouts take a while

Still doesn't really explain anything. You are giving me an excuse. Let me help. Do you hold the money for a few days in hopes that the player will cancel the withdraw? Or are you using the bitcoin price to hedge ACR losses and player profits? There is no possible way soooo many people are cashing out that you cant process my request in a timely matter. I just don't buy it. I would be willing to bet that 90% of your clientele does not cash out.

It can take up to 30days to get paid on a lot of sites. However, if you been a member for a few years, and have made multiple deposit without a problem, then the payouts seems to speed up. If you deposit with western union or money gram the payouts can be as quick as a few days. If you use a card, or bank, then the problem is you can have your financial institution reverse those and they dont have any recourse since they are out of the country. ACR and Bovada are good money. I personally have gotten my cash from them. So be patient.

What is the reasoning behind SO much late registration in many tournaments?

ACR just deposited $5 in my account to get me back to the tables. The only problem, the abandoned any players that use Windows XP. I don't think $5 will lure me into a system upgrade for XP is the program I prefer to use, had the newer ones and do not like them. So therefore ACR you can take you $5 back!!!

I was playing Jackpot SNG and this is the reason why I couldn't find it! Strange why is not working there? At PS you may put notes on each different game. It's a goal for the software developers at ACR in order to make players feel more comfortable, while playing. Just a feedback.
