It's a warning from WPN saying players are receiving emails that appear to be from WPN, but are not. Scammers are trying to get IDs/passwords. Simply be careful when receiving emails from WPN.

ACR check

This is what just happened,

I withdrew $100 and received a check rather quickly that made me happy.

Deposited the check at my local bank yesterday but they called me this morning
and said since the check was issued out of Canada and my bank in Arkansas
doesn't do business with foreign banks that they will have to send it to the
Arkansas Bankers Association to request payment.

So, I may or may not receive payment, there will be a fee, and it will take several
weeks if they do pay it.

How should I request payouts in the future so I don't run into this again?

If they refuse to pay it, can I return it to ACR and use some other method for payouts??

Hi, let me help you. There are several check cashing places, like a pawn shop or Amscot. Let me know if you were able to cash it out.

I've got the following issue. Yesterday (25.03) I made a registration with CC promo code and made my first deposit. But I've got a technical issues to open my first card bonus. There were some script issues and I needed to made several downloads and installs of my computer like Win 7 SP1 and the latest working version of IE. I took me few hours to handle with all the instalations and downloads, because I've got other thigns to do. When finally I was able to open the card it was 2 AM my local time (CET) and I saw that I missed my first card... It's a pitty, because I did everything right and also on the promo page of Bonus cards it's written that they are avaliable from 00:00:00 ET and 23:59:59 ET. So I made my first deposit in the same time frame and when finally everything was installed and updated it was 2 AM local time on the next day, but 19 PM ET, so why the first card for 25.03.2017 was shown to me as missed?

I also have one very strong recommendation to improve your software. It will be great if you may put a tool that you may use for writing notices on the other players on the tables, like it's available on PS. It gives a great impact to track the players there.

Problem solved by ACR's support. They added $3 to my account for the missed card. Great work by them.

Is there a list of countries that I can find that is allowed by ACR? I have looked around but I have been unable to find anything. I have friends that are interested in playing, but I usually have to call support to ask.

Well, if u play at the highest stakes, you will see players from every country EXCEPT THE USA. Israel, Russia, MALTA, Germany, Italy all represented.
