My tournaments froze so I walked away for a while. Coming back now I'm unable to even logon.

ACR has been giving me alot of problems recently especially with my antivirus. Every time I try to make an exception it still just automatically quarantines it and I have to completely uninstall and restart my PC any workaround for this outside of switching antivirus?

Hello guys, we apologize for all this inconvenience. As we said on our Social Media Channels this was NOT a DDOS. Thank you for all the reports we have been alerted of this situation and our techs are already working on it.

All cancelled tournaments were cancelled and refunded; the prize pool was distributed as per our tournament reconciliation rules.

The tournaments on late registration which are currently paused, will be cancelled and customers compensated as per our tournament rules: "If a regular, turbo/hyper or rebuy and add on Multi-table tournament is in late registration and is cancelled, all players will receive the following compensation (including players who have busted): A Tournament buy-ins, rebuys, re-entries and fees back. It will be as if the tournament had never been played."

Are you using Kaspersky by any chance? You could try with another antivirus, if you still have the issue let me know so I can send the information to the Tech department.

Hello, I checked with one of the Mac Developers, we do have them available on the Mac application. Could you please be so kind and check if you have the filter activated. If not, please take a screenshot of the lobby so I can send it to him.

Actually I haven't been refunded for all of my tourneys yet.

Even worse than that I had 3 times the starting stack in the BIG 10 and then flopped a set in a 3 way pot when everything froze up and all I get is my entry fee back. Wow, how awesome.

I can bearly see the picture, please provide me the Tournament ID or the hand ID or the full name of the the table so I can check this with the tournaments department.

Hand ID# as far as I can tell is 1201942283 but it might be 1201912283

Also, when I log on now two tourneys that I was in last night pop up with the message "host has paused the game". Both of which I have not been refunded for.

Tourneys IDs 8702455 and 8702540

It looks like it must be getting attacked again.. it just timed out on a few cash tables tables mid hand.. goodbye money I had in the pot... this is just getting ridiculous now.

Same here. Don't know if it another attack or not but server is definitely down. Same thing happened last night. This is getting very frustrating. Finally have some cash to spare so made a deposit yesterday for the first time in ages and then this starts happening.

yep …going haywire again the sit n go's were missing all day ..you can still reg for last nights games … the satalite games aren't disappearing after they are already past start time … as it was. so ill take my buy in back I lost with a flopped set of kings a little reverse variance

I can get into ACR, but when I try to open the "Tournaments" tab, it's completely blank. Is anyone else getting this as well?

Same. Tourney lobby is empty and cash games are only slowly coming back.
