Is ACR down? I know there is a problem when I get the following during start up. If it doesn't say 2 total files, something is amiss.

I'm confused by this suggestion. I run 1920x1080, the interface itself is a fixed sized window that is smaller than my screen, and not limited by my screen size. I'd attach a screenshot, but ACR seems to have suddenly gone offline while I was playing.

...oh, it's not just me. Even the ACR website it offline. Crap, I was doing well in my SNG's too

If it gets cancelled, then yes, ICM the pot.

UPDATE: We are canceling and refunding all paused tournaments according to our terms and conditions.

Two minutes after they announce cancellations and refunds the client starts working again, at least for me.

Why does ACR even open extra windows when you click a tab? Just annoying really. Also, am I the only one that has a bunch of screens on the ACR client that don't scale properly to fit inside the interface? The SNG 2.0 screen, Jackpots screen, and all of the account screens are too big to fit in the window on my PC. I can't even register for SNG 2.0's at all because of this bug on either of my PC's. Both are Windows 7, so maybe that's the problem?

My workaround for SNG 2.0's is to register using my mobile, then log out from my phone when it starts and open the Windows client.

So what i did was … on win 10 not sure if its the same but you can try ..

open SYSTEM
click Settings
select Display
look for "Change Size of text App's +other Items "
lower the % ..mine was 175% default … I changed it to 100%

It is up a running on my end. Have you tried restarting your client, there is an update that should download when you do. That update came in this afternoon right after the previous outage today.

Mite be just someone who just likes to play those jackpots as much as I did yesterday.

I would say that's most likely. You were also at all 3 of those games with him looking at it from his POV. I see a lot of repeat names when I play the same game over and over for long periods of time, I just assume they are like me and prefer those tables.

Here are some strange tournament listings of games that are in progress or have finished. You will notice the CardsChat game was finished, but is still showing registering status. The THR game was down to 3 players at the final, and is shown as registering with only 5 people signed up (there were 247 actually). There are also a few $10 On Demands showing as still running, but some of them were already finished. Game showing Late Registrations, well those should be up at the top of the list if that was true. And I think you get the picture.

yo, so I have been having a problem that I fully realize could not be resolved by doing the dumb thing I keep doing but it is a software issue you might want to know about.

When you get beat in a tourney, if you click 'leave table' in the upper right hand corner, prior to getting the pop up announcing you lost (yea, cause I didn't notice), you can exit the pop-up dialog, but the original 'leave table' dialog box gets hung up and neither the close table nor stay at table options work. I can't get it minimized, and have to exit the software to close it. Alternatively, just leaving it up til the tourney breaks will close it (if that ever happens).

I ask because I frequently see passwords listed on freeroll password sites for tournaments that never show up on the ACR client.

This was a display issue due to the technical issue from yesterday. It should be fine now, however, if you see it again please let me know so I can check it with the Tech department.

Hello, please be so kind and check the Private tab in the main lobby. You should see them there.

Some of those types of sites are out of date and are just a come-on to get you to install poker room software using their affiliate IDs. I recommend that you find the freerolls that you are interested in (via the Private tab as the Rep mentioned) and get the website information to find the passwords you are looking for. You can bookmark that site in a folder in your browser for future reference.

Here's what my window looks like on Windows 7, when I click the SNG 2.0's tab in ACR. Notice that the elements inside the window do not fit properly. This is not because of my desktop resolution, I am running 1920x1080, and my screen is significantly larger than the window ACR uses. you'll notice that this makes it impossible to register for the game. Also, there are many other screens that do not scale properly to fit inside the ACR window, like the Jackpots screen, and everything in the account details.
