The last is the unusable (on this system) 800x600;

ACR Rep - With all due respect, asking a player to take screenshots of the client is kind of strange. My question is why do they need to. If the developers need screenshots to debug the software, how can they test it without having a machine to duplicate the results? It just does not make sense.

ACR Rep - With all due respect, asking a player to take screenshots of the client is kind of strange. My question is why do they need to. If the developers need screenshots to debug the software, how can they test it without having a machine to duplicate the results? It just does not make sense.

It's a normal procedure, I always ask for screenshots so I can confirm the issue from the player's side. Our Techs already have the report but I need the screenshots for us to create tickets to them.

Shady, I doubt if even Microsoft has all variations of every system that Windows runs on. I would bet that MS has the most inhouse variations.

I'd also guess that WPN has a good selection of the common variations, but not every system, and no where close to every system.

Since I have the time, AND I'd like to help solve a problem that I have, it isn't a bother to me.

Of course it would be better for WPN to write their software to more normal 'standards', which would eliminate a lot of their problems, but I play there a lot, and for the most part it works. I consider this part of the ongoing fine tuning that every software has to deal with.

Played 2 hands and now it is suspended too.

Playing in the CC freeroll NOW! There was a slow down earlier that took less than 3 minutes to fix. It did not stop or trigger any warnings.

I sent an e-mail to the support e-mail in the cashier but no response. Who can I talk to about providing the requested information?

Hi ACR rep! Is it possible to suggest in the future for satellite wins to be tournament tickets instead of having to play immediately in the tournament right away? I feel like it's a helpful alternative in case it's difficult to play in it right away. An expiration can be placed on it as well~

I'm really starting to like acr not because im winning or anything, I just like the rng and now they lowered the deposit limit to 25$ so I will be making a deposit. the 10$ dollar free on demand is a donkfest and the prizepool is not enough to go through 600-1000 players. But it is what it is. I used to play BOL but im def moving to acr. theank you acr for a great site
