It should be displaying the balance on the cashier. Could you please check the Java and Flash player, also please delete cookies and cache. If you have Firefox as the default browser could you please try to change it to Chrome. That should make it works.

I was so sure I'd wake up on my day off today and see that after a week the new ACR would be functional.


Thanks for another disappointment guys. Seriously, bravo for one of the biggest online poker fails in the last 10 years. Hopefully the withdrawal process is working...let me check.

Well I had KK and the enemy had 5s&10c. the flop did not hit a flush, no possible straight and he didn't have two pair.

Moreover, when I tried to go back on, all the tournaments but a few were gone.

2. Not allowing me to be able to replay the hand and 3. Never saving it on my PC, so they can cover it up. That network had bugs in the programming. It saved some if the other hands

4. Getting a refund of my buy in and some sort of inconvenience bonus.

5. The system going down and not even showing the tournament?

Make sure you have marked the ALL button on the tournaments lobby.

I'm contacting live chat everyday as I already mentioned all they tell me is "Just wait" and I'm still waiting !

ACR Rep I know the tech people are working on bigger issues but this is new software and at some point small issues like this will also need to be fixed. When registering for a $50 on demand I noticed this 0 gets cut off on the right hand side after the type changes to italic. It happens here I don't know if it happens elsewhere or not.

EDIT: It happens in all tournaments with $0 buyin, if the buyin has digits to the right (for example $0.23 + $0.02) then the 0 does not get cut off.

I played a $3.30 buyin tournament yesterday and won. I was only credited for 3rd place money. I figured maybe it would take a bit of time so I went to bed, woke up this morning to no additional credit for 1st place money. I've been in live chat trying to get it resolved for about 20 minutes so far and I've barely gotten anywhere. Is anyone else having similar issues with ACR? Their software has generally seemed buggy the last couple days.

ACR I'm very sorry you didn't have the sense to shut the site down during this much work on updating
but thank you for the REP you have provided us. he does a good job :D

the cold truth is I don't feel sorry for any of the posters having trouble with the site during updates.
I do care about many of them but they are getting what they asked for :eek:

today is my 8th day of no poker on ACR and it's killing me but I can wait till they get it right.
please save yourself some drama and do the same ;) JMO :D

Yea , I know, this thread is to report problems with ACR.

THE PROBLEM is Nagy treats his player base like garbage. Any chance you can fix that. I didn't think so.

I looked back as I responded to one of them and they are all there:eek:
would have quoted them as proof but they are all -EV and I did not want to spread it further.

I've been able to login the last 2 days and am currently logged in. I would NOT play for any real money right now if I was you. I don't trust the site. I noted in a post just above yours an issue I was having. They are reviewing my case over the next 24 hours but it sounds like I'm not going to be paid out the additional winnings. So basically I grinded out a win over a handful of hours and it was a complete waste of my time. I'll let other people test their new software with their time and money before I risk mine again.

What I would like to know is what are they working on?
Seems as though they are just not really worried about keeping a time deadline.
I know they have a lot to fix.

I too am waiting till all is fixed. As long as people inform us as to fix updates, and whats going on.

Letting players know the status of whats going on, and how long it will take to fix things would go a VERY LONG WAY with everyone.

I have asked before, and I will ask again.

Can a list of whats is being worked on / whats been fixed be posted by the ACR Rep on this thread.

Not on twitter, not the WPN site, or ACR website. ON HERE. It would be deeply appreciated!

Cancelling or no tournaments @ ACR.. VENOM change

With ACR "upgrade" as of 5/27, no Cardschat or other free tourneys.
VENOM step 1 you have to pay 23+.02 cents now.

One positive change:
On-demands at ACR have changed to turbo, at least they don't take 3+ hours to get ITM now.

I know it has taken more than we expected but, we are working very hard to have everything perfectly re-instead as soon as possible.

Our department in charge is totally aware of this matter and they are working hard to get it fixed it soon as possible.

I have not had the need to cash out lately, but I spoke with someone I know who did a cash out for around $1700 via bitcoin on the new software a couple days ago and it went smoothly for him. (They got funds day after submitted)
